We stopped here for a late lunch and it was so good we went back the next day to eat again. Might be the best thai food in colorado. Definitely gave us the experience that we had been missing since our honeymoon to Thailand recently. We will be stopping here every time we drive through town.
After a long day at Monarch this Thia killed it! Hit the spot for soooo long we didnt eat again till late at night! We came here based on a recommendation from a ski lift employee. He said best thia hes ever had. And I would agree. They claim to be authentic thia and boy are they. From the coffee to the apps then the entree every single thing was 5 star. They have special spicy sauces you can ask for to add to your food, to test, if you dont order it super spicy at first. I ordered the pad thia with chicken and it was so fresh and unlike any other I've had. The place inside isnt the "coolest" and doesnt have the most amazing decor but their food makes up for it.
What a find! In Poncha Springs of all places. The food here beats Thai food anywhere in Colorado. The mixed vegetables (6 types of veggies!) are fresh and prepared to maintain the individual flavor of each. The curry is not sweetened to add "flavor".

Great Thai food. We've spent 2 months in Thailand, and this is good and authentic as it gets without being there. Simple interior, but that is also common in Thailand. Very friendly service and fast. Will be eating here again when we pass through next time.
We are on a road trip and picked this restaurant as a lunch stop based on the rating. So we are also leaving a rating as a token of thanks to those who led us here.
Food is authentic and tasty. Pad See Eaw is the best we had in USA. Staff are very friendly. We are so happy to have nice Asian food during this trip.
We stop by on our way to a National Park. Wow! Food was amazing, and my Thai tea was perfect...we ended up taking more to go. :)

Wow. This is actually one of the best meals we had making our road trip from California to Colorado.
Was driving an airstream so great easy parking! I will say I think this was the best pad see ew I’ve had. My brother got the beef drunken noodles and he felt the same. Spice level at medium was a lower medium, but you can always add heat! We didn’t even feel bloated after our meal, which is huge.
Ordered the Thai tea and it was personally too sweet for me, but it tasted very traditional so I think it’s my own personal preference.
Atmosphere was unassuming and warm. I loved it.
I would absolutely make a road trip out here for this place!!! SO GOOD. Wish I would have ordered more food to take home!!
This is probably the most bland Thai food I’ve had so far. Both green and red curries need serious addition in flavoring. Pad Thai and Tom Yum were better. Ingredients were fresh, though. Given that there is little alternative for Asian food around here, if I went with properly adjusted expectations, I would have added a star to the rating.
