We wanted to try this in the location close to Costco, but were happy to discover that they have another truck in South Maui Gardens just a few blocks from where we’re staying.
I really like Thai curries, and the Panang Curry here was one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s lighter in color than you might expect it to be, but I imagine that’s because it’s made with fresh herbs and aromatics and not jarred paste. It was intensely flavorful and my husband helped me spoon up every last drop.
He got the Drunken Noodles with shrimp, which came with lots of fresh vegetables and had a delicious smoky grilled taste. Prices were so reasonable, service was friendly our food was ready really fast. Lots of people were ordering it to go, but we enjoyed sitting at the picnic tables listening to live music at this fun food truck park.
Ate here after visiting the Kahului location & the service and quality are both very good. The Lemongrass Chicken was very juicy (with the battered exterior) tasting great by itself not needing any extra sauce. Here I had the grilled Satay Chicken and it was just as tasty and filling. I ate it in the South Maui Gardens nearby which was super relaxing. Highly recommend ????????
Fantastic truck! Highly recommended. We have eaten there three times so far and everything has been excellent. Fantastic, friendly service as well! My daughter loved the fried rice with shrimp.
Consistently my favourite meal in Maui! Went twice and had the drunken noodle with Shrimp! We tried to go two other times but it was closed at the Kihei Food Oasis Park! Absolutely delicious, perfect medium heat, fresh ingredients and presentation is top drawer!

This review is related to the dish i had at Thai Me Up. I ordered a Pad See Ew and i was disappointed, it didn’t taste as good as i thought it would be after reading so many good reviews. I have been to Thailand multiple times and that is one of my fav dish ever. It might not be their specialty.
Stuff was friendly and i oaid $14
Crispy garlic shrimp was amazing! Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Portion size was good for 1 adult, no leftovers. Service took a bit longer than I expected.
Very popular food truck in Maui. It is located near Costco and there are several other food trucks in that location.
Green curry chicken, pad Thai were very good and recommended.
There are seating benches where you can enjoy your food from any of the food trucks at the location.
Drunken Noodles Hit The Spot! The Gardens Are Emaculatly Beautiful. Live Brazilian Music To Accompany The Meal.
