We went to Thai Hut on our trip . It has a nice simple homely feel. The food feels like home cooked food. The lady taking orders and serving us was very sweet and understood our food restrictions well and made sure it was as per our taste. The service is fast and good.The portion sizes are large so we had quite a few leftovers. I just have a suggestion that it will be great if they serve the food in simple ceramic plates as we do not eat warm food in plastic utensils. I recommend this place to try .

A nice little mom and pop restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Food was authentic, tasty, and awesome, as was the service. Portions were good and lots of vegetarian options. We wiped every dish clean, and all of the dishes were returned as below.
Stopped here after doing some shopping in Santa Maria and it was SO GOOD! I eat Thai food all the time(I’ve been to all 5 Thai restaurants that exist in SLO) and this was the best pad Thai I’ve had in years. Will definitely be back to try more dishes.
Absolutely amazing restaurant! We ordered takeout for thanksgiving dinner thinking they didn’t have indoor seating, but they welcomed us into their restaurant and provided phenomenal service. Plus, the food was delicious. We got the pad Thai, pad sew ewe, papaya salad, and fresh coconut drink. Everything was fantastic!
Such a wonderful local Thai place. The food came in big amounts that I couldn't finish and that never happens! For me and my husband to get appetizers, our main courses, extra sides of rice, and their special Thai Teas was pretty cheap! WELL WORTH THE VISIT!!
The place was dead, but I'm not from around here, so don't know the usual traffic. Great food tho and lady said her cooks better since she cooked. She was doing it all tonight and did it in a timely fashion.
This place is small but the food is fantastic! The flavors of the dishes were fantastic and I was more than happily satisfied with some of their appetizers too. Would highly recommend stopping in here for lunch.
