Went here tonight for dinner. It was delicious. We had the massaman, pumpkin curry, orange chicken and the mango sticky rice. Pumpkin curry was my favorite, but everyone at the table liked all the dishes. Next time I'll get it with a little bit of spice!
Cute place but you’re coming here to eat and the food that we ordered was…well, not worth it and hardly flavored. Got the orange chicken for the kids which was tiny for $13 and beef and broccoli and chicken pad Thai for the adults which tasted about as good as it looked. Beef and Broccoli tasted like it was a warmed up broth with frozen vegetables added.
Maybe this place is renowned for other dishes but don’t get these ones.
Thai House Cuisine is situated in an older home off Lehi Main Street, which creates a unique vibe for a restaurant. I ordered the Massaman Curry lunch special with Tom Ka and a spring roll. The Massaman and Tom Ka are good, but I'd get the satay over the spring roll.
The service was fast, but you won't see your server again until it's time to pay. If you need a refill on drinks, be proactive and find someone. It's an intimate dining room which means if you're louder (I'm on the higher range of the decibel scale), your voice will carry throughout the house. For peace of mind, there are parking spots on three sides of the house. Don't feel limited by the immediate spots you see when you first turn in.
Overall, there are other Thai restaurants in the area I prefer, but Thai House Cuisine is a fine spot to dine.
Pretty good food. Nice place. Curry was a little thinner than I usually like but still delicious
Popped in during lunch on a random Tuesday with no expectations. Got both of the daily lunch specials available, each with different soups and sides to try everything. VERY pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was! Especially the soups--Don't skip! And only paid $24 for a nice varying selection! Panang curry and yellow curry both super yummy! Will be back! Very friendly service, too.
We ordered a variety of food. We order the skewers both beef and chicken. The chicken was rubbery and the beef was okay at best. We ordered some buns as well and the meat to bun ratio was 10/90. We ordered two sides of vegetables and they both came out without salt. A very disappointing experience with the food. The service was staggered and inconsistent. The temperature was humid and hot. We ordered rice but never got it delivered. Maybe it was an off night but it was our first time eating there and I would not recommend going there unless it's your only option for Thai. We paid $70 including the tip and I felt the food should have been priced $30 less than that.
This use to be our favourite Thai restaurants in town. It’s sad to see this restaurant decline drastically in taste, vibe, and customer service. We went back multiple times even after being disappointed to give them benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately this was our last time there.
Every popular restaurants in town on Friday evenings have at least an hour of wait. Here, there were two tables dinning in at 7pm on Friday night when we walked in. While we were dinning, there were two other tables that walked out within few minutes of being there.
Anyways, we ordered Satay Chicken (absolutely disgusting - looks like fried chicken), Fried Rice with Tofu (tasteless), Drunken Noodles (okay), and Tom Yum Soup that had decent taste, everything else was disappointing (see the pictures).
Our server (young kid) was careless about his job. He had no knowledge about different types of noddles. Him and other employee working were overheard talking about dirty plates left from customers.
Gal who seems to be a part of the management/ownership seems to be taking on all the responsibilities of kitchen and service. Thank you for taking care of us during our visit. Wish you all the best.
Great food. I've been here a few times. it's a cute little Victorian house on Main Street in Lehi. They have a few dinner combos that include an entree and 2 sides like a small soup, and a spring roll rice is also included. I got a curry with chicken and a tom yum soup with a spring roll. Also, I got the Thai tea. It was all very good.
