Been to way too many Thai restaurants and by far the food here is the worst! I ordered one of my favorites, Tom Kha Gai (Coconut soup). So disappointing! The soup had so much stuff added to it, it didn’t taste or look like Tom Kha soup. A lot of green onions, regular onions, cabbage, etc.
Thai Daily BBQ is one of the most affordable Thai restaurants in Los Angeles. The food is very good and the portions are large and worth the cost. Although the neighborhood in which is located may not be the best neighborhood in Los Angeles it is safe and easy to access. Overall, I enjoy buying my Thai food at Thai Daily BBQ and frequently buy take out there. I highly recommend Thai Daily BBQ to anyone looking for affordable good quality Thai food in the East Los Angeles area.
If you want authenticity and taste, this is not the place.
I ordered the fried tofu as an appetizer... There was no crunch to it, it was just chewy. To make this worse, the sweet and sour sauce given to me was watered down. I paid 6 dollars only to get chewy tofu and watered down sauce?
The pad Thai with chicken had almost no flavor and had very little egg. I had to drown this dish in hot sauce in order for it to be edible. At least the chicken was cooked thoroughly.
The only positive I can give them is the fact that they provide large portions, but other than that I can't recommend neither of these dishes.
Ended up tossing most of the food in the trash. ☹️ Waste of money.
I’ve gone a few times to this location and the food is usually on point. This time I ordered a Red Curry Chicken and instead of chicken a received Tofu. I was unable to eat my food because I hate tofu. Idk what was going on with the morning crew but the atmosphere was not good at all.
So many options on the menu def a good option for picky eaters ..the prices are great as well! I love ordering the Crying Tiger is my favorite..I would def recommend it for those who love spicy food!????????️
Teriyaki chicken plate. Huge servings. Saved half for lunch tomorrow ???? Chicken was juicy & mac salad was the best I’ve had in a while. I’ve also tried the Thai BBQ chicken and it was bomb.
Definitely a 4.5 star establishment.. first time here .. came for lunch in late afternoon.. was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness and friendly staff.. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl to go.. not too long of a wait and when I finally got a taste of the food I was pleased with the taste and texture. I will definitely go back whenever I am in need or craving have Thai food
This place use to be ok , but now has gotten worse. From the the food quality and taste to the lady that takes the orders. They make it difficult to get your order. Very hard headed.. I'm paying for the freaking food you're not giving it to me for free!!!! You have lost very good cu
