A bit overpriced but a great place to get authentic Vietnamese dessert but they do offer few savory dishes. To go only. Always crowded but the queue moves fast, do avoid weekends as parking is very limited and chaotic. The ladies speak mainly Viet but very friendly and keep the prep area clean.
I asked for a dessert and asked for extra lychee. The gentleman working here gave me “free” lychee that was spoiled. Literally ruined the whole taste on my mouth.
I am very happy you are reopened last week. You have new type of food to choose from. It is very clean, and yummy. You deserved to be loved by your customers.

First time to stop here and I was pleased with the drinks. We ordered Avocado & red bean; Durian & mung bean and they were delicious.

Delicious desert, drinks, curry chicken and bo kho (beef stew). Never get enough of them. Very reasonable prices. Nice clean place and staff are friendly .
Great family run place for Vietnamese Che Dessert.
They is serve fresh smoothies made with real fruit as opposed to a lot of places that use a powder.
Everything is made fresh daily and the place is extremely neat and clean.
