Best WLM Reviews
I've been to a few TGI Friday locations. This one was pretty good. Food was cooked right and staff were friendly. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, Trio wing platter, loaded potatoe skins, and fajitas.
If I was not starving I would not have eaten this meal. Steak was tough, broccoli overcooked. The quality of meat is definitely not what I was expected when paying 31$ for a steak. I've been to many Fridays but this one was in fact the worse. The bartender were definitely not bartender. Even kids can pour a drink in a glass. If you want to enjoy a meal there's a nice pizza restaurant down the street I would highly recommend. Thank you Fridays
Waitress was nice. We had a party of 4 adults and 5 kids. Restaurant was not crowded, but food took a long time to come out. We ordered mostly appetizers and 2 entrees. Not a lot of food. We were not very happy.
Everything went well until I tried to pay with my coupons I was given from the Mount Laurel. The manager from the Sewell store said my coupons couldn't be accepted here. But then he stated that 2 of the $10.00 one's he could take but not the $50.00 one??? So I had to pay the difference out of pocket $19.05? No one ever stated that the coupons worth $80.00 couldn't be used at a different TGI Friday's. I felt like this was a slap in the face. I am beyond disgusted. After speaking to the corporate office the woman stated she would get back to me in 3 days & never did. This really tells me that they could care less about there customers! Live & Learn! I would definitely recommend staying away from this place. Once they see reviews that people leave they act real nice in the comments but actually do nothing except rip you off!
Such a disappointment experience ????. Summary, from host to food over all terrible time.
It's started out rocky with the host told us it'll be about 10 min for our party of 8. Without taken down our name, she move on to talked to the person come in behind me. Take down their party info. I have to asked her, if she need my info for our party? Then they proceed to take in 2 party come in after us. When question we find out she put us down for a party of 4 instead of 8.
Finally, at the table, we got a bucket of wings, fajitas, simply salmon, crispy whiskey, and some kids' meals.
The simply salmon is super disappointed, a tiny piece of salmon for $20.98. Other food is dried, and taste super stale. The rib is so hard, the meat taste like it's been age dried ????
I don't think we'll be back here for a long while.
I rated it the way I did because I literally should have left the moment I came in but didn’t want to disappoint my already hungry family. Not unusual for me to ask for plastic silverware but in this case, it was warranted. Silverware was so dirty. Ordered drinks and mine came with a fly (which they tried to charge me for). Management decided it would be funny to bring an app to our table and then take it back. Got a burger and it was not fully cooked. My family was pretty much done with their food by the time I got it. Not that they ate it all because they lost their appetite in the process. If you can avoid this place, I would. I’d rather eat ice chips before coming back here. Hope this saves someone’s life and appetite because this was a BIG disappointment. I can see why the lot is always empty.
Great food! I honestly was not expecting much for lunch, but not only was the service good- shout out to the manager for saying hello- but the food was great. The ribs were perfectly charred and fall off the bone tender. The new item, I think they’re called chicken slammers? Crispy chicken in a sweet roll— SO GOOD! Whoever is cooking in there on a Tuesday afternoon knows what they’re doing. Very happy with my random stop in :)
the service was horrible. we waited for almost 15-20 minute’s. the server saw us and went to serve another table which got there after us. we didn’t even order a drink. another waitress then came up to us and said no one let her know we were here. they weren’t pretty busy either. they need more and better staff. it’s unprofessional and it was our first time here. we weren’t ever acknowledged. celebrating cinco de mayo but can’t serve mexican people.
