The worst service! We went for lunch it wasn’t busy. We were sat in the bar, they have nice half booth bar seats.
The waitress was nice took our order but never came back. The food wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what we ordered. Half the order was wrong, and since the waitress never came back it was not corrected. No one came to ask how our meal was. In fact we had to ask a passing server for a box and our bill.
Do NOT use the restrooms, one word disgusting!!!
I will not be back!
We stopped in for lunch at TGIF Friday's, Brittnee was our server, she was absolutely amazing and had the whole side to herself and handled it like a pro. The manager did check in with everyone but us... maybe because Brittnee had it under control? We still would have loved to give her praise to the manager on duty. The food was hot and flavorful.
Haven't had the best experience at TGIF but we were so hungry and was the only place open past 10pm. I am going to assume due to the late hour it's minimal staff, nothing prepared ECT. Our server was doing a good job, just very odd experience. It took so long to get our food, when it did arrive it was okay. My son's bacon on his burger was cold and the lettuce was slimy and old. I got my fajitas and it was the blandest, tasteless food I've eatin in a long time. I ordered double protein and got about 10 shrimp for $23.00. I took a few bites and boxed the rest so I could go home and add seasonings to it. Lots of people like it but last night confirmed we aren't willing to keep giving them a chance.
I ordered the Fish and Chips to go. Worst Fish I ever had. Over cooked frozen cunks of dry fish jerky. The frys were over salted and cold. The slaw was tasteless.
The Big Ribs were delicious and our server was attentive. I have them a 4/5 stars because the tea option was lmited and they ran out of honey. The server didn't bring any lemon as I requested. We did go during prime dinner time so I assume it was just a busy night and she forgot. Overall, I was happy and would go back.
Recently went here around 4pm. Got to the entrance and happy hour specials are posted! Great! We're seated in the dining room and then told happy hour specials only apply if you're in the bar (wasnt on the advertisement) my partner is in recovery so we don't do bar seating. Fine, we'll pay double for the same thing. Order potato skins and chips and salsa. I have no idea how, but the potato skins had ZERO flavor. It was wild! Cheese? Tasted like nothing. BACON? Also didn't taste like anything. Waitress never came back until it was time to give us the bill. $27 for bland food and bad service. Taco bell would've been a better choice, honestly. We won't be back.
Food was good service was slow. I asked for a glass of water in the middle of our meal and by the time I got done eating, I still did not have my glass of water. I had to get up and asked the hostess for a glass of water and then that proceeded to take another eight minutes to get no one was behind the bar to get me a glass of water and then to get our check it took like 15 minutes to get our check we had to physically get up and go to the bar and ask for our check. Service is very slow I ordered the chicken and shrimp Pasta and I got three pieces of shrimp and zero chicken
It seems I have had better food there years ago. It could be just the food I ordered so try going there yourself and make your own conclusion! The salad was good, the ribs were ok. D.A.
