Best WLM Reviews

Low expectations going in- it’s a chain, right? But we were hungry. I ordered sushi. Sushi! It was really good!!! Mom had potato skins and loved them. We each had cinnamon cheesecake for dessert. Yum! The service was friendly and personable. Our server was Courtney who is a delight. The general manager, Ian, stopped by to make sure were happy. We were! Won’t be the last time we eat here.
The kids Mac and cheese was inedible. We had to pay someone at our table to take a bite. The chicken fingers were so hard and dry. The bathroom didn’t look like it’s been cleaned and there is a plumbing issue where the sink won’t turn off completely. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was empty. We had two separate checks for our party and our server charged the wrong cards to the wrong checks. We stopped here on our way home but won’t ever be returning. The lack of customers says it all.
The menu is not quite what I remember it - first time at one in over five years. My cheesesteak was so so. I didn't taste any onions on it, and I should have asked for the Provolone cheese to be swapped for American cheese. I won't go back.
UPDATE: After my origional 1 star review, we had an oppertunity to go back and try the restaurant again. Its been 5 months. Night and day! The music was nice. I found myself singing along and bopping my head. The food was cooked perfectly. Nothing was dried out. Our server, Imoniee ( spelling?) was fantastic. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!!! THANK YOU TGI FRIDAYS FOR INVITING US BACK!!! I'm adding update photos.
It's been years since I've been at Friday's. The last few times were less than good BUT, We just don't learn so we tried it again.....The wings were dark. Not burnt but almost. I didn't think to take a picture until it was too late. My sons chicken tenders were over done. The steak was chewy, barely any Jack Daniel's sauce. My husband's medium well steak was bloody. It was over priced for the quality of the food. The worst part was the awful music that was playing. I felt like I was in the ghetto. I couldn't wait to leave. It was definitely my last time there. Which is sad because 15 years ago it was my favorite restaurant
My husband had a late night craving got there a pass 10p. And was able to order ribs and rice. For take out it really delicious and the Casher/ hostess was a really nice tall lady thank you we did not get your name.
The food was delicious and well prepared. Thank you. My mother's day was special, and my mother and sister in law had a special day.
Upon entering I was welcomed with a warm greeting, upon sitting at this outdated establishment we noticed the lack of upgrades within the TGI Fridays Franchise. The one employee was smoking a joint and could smell it in the restaurant. They seem to not have a steady flow of business. We did notice the lack of TVs being updated and being outdated and grey. Staff were eager to refill our drinks. Food came out presentable and perfect! Bathrooms were clean, although they were out of paper towels.
The only reason why this establishment got 1 star is because the food and drinks we got were good. The food was hot and the drinks were really good. As far as the service/experience goes, 0/10 do not recommend! I wish I knew the name of the waitress we had, however she made sure she didn’t provide it to us. Let’s start from the beginning, my boyfriend and I got there at 12:45 am on a Friday night/Saturday morning. We were seated immediately because there weren't many customers. Our waitress took about 10-15 minutes to come over and take our order, which by that time, we had our appetizers and drink orders ready. She took our orders and bought the drinks out first then the food. All which relatively did not take long at all so we were under the impression we’d be able to get another round of drinks and more food because by this time it was 1:16 am and they closed at 2 am. When she came to drop off our appetizers, we went to ask for another round of appetizers and drinks since we knew by the time they made the new drinks and food, we’d be finished our first order. The waitress proceeded to tell us that we didn’t need to be in a rush and even joked with us that she was not going anywhere and that she’d be back. 15-20 minutes go by and we start to realize that maybe she isn’t going to come back. Then oddly, out of nowhere, some random guy who I assumed works there but was off shift came up to our table and said, “you all are waiting for your check, right?” Which of course threw us off because we just had a conversation with the waitress about ordering more food and drinks. Another 5-10 minutes go by and we still have not received our check. My boyfriend had to actually get up and find a worker to print our receipt so we can pay and leave. It’s funny that once my boyfriend got up to handle the bill, another waitress comes over to our table to ask if we were waiting on anything or needed anything. I mean it’s clear that all the workers were talking and covering for the original waitress we had who clearly didn’t want to do her job. As we were leaving, the original waitress was sweeping tables next to us while talking on speakerphone. I will never put money into this establishment ever again. In all my 32 years of life, I’ve never experienced since weird customer service from people who didn’t want to do their jobs. I would have respected the waitress if she would have said that the kitchen or bar was getting ready to close or even just anything! She literally lied to our faces and avoided us than couldn’t even look in our direction when we were leaving.
