The service is bad and you can call. Nobody pick up the phone you going to inside to be seated. Nobody at the door you try to place an order to go. It takes somebody 23 minutes just to take your order. You gotta check your food every time you order they always get something wrong. The food is even too salty or overcooked. I don’t recommend going to this Friday. The ones in Virginia is better and what’s up with that little small piece of salmon but they charging $24 for this rip off.
I feel like if you’ve been to one Fridays you’ve been to them all. I’m sorry if I seem jaded, but I celebrated my birthday in Fridays as a kid so I’ve been going to Fridays for so long and I appreciate it for what it is. I wanted to review this Fridays though because it’s become a casual quick date night staple for us when we just want to get out of the house, talk, get a drink, & be out. We always sit in the bar and the vibe is always upbeat enough to feel like we’re out doing something more than ordinary especially with the tunes going in the background. They usually have a pretty good playlist. Our server this last Saturday was really sweet and attentive and I got an espresso martini! My first one in life and I was pleasantly surprised it was so yummy considering it’s a coffee/vodka mix, not what I would personally imagine as a winning combination, but I love coffee. I fully expected it to be downright awful, but it was really tasty. Highly recommend.
I want to start off by saying my service could’ve been better. I came last night and ordered food for me my boyfriend and our daughter we were greeted by the waiter Armani she took our order and repeated back to us our order then put our food in we thought great now we wait for our Food.we waited like 40 minutes to an hour for our Food understandable because what we ordered after we got our food we left but before pulling off we checked our bag my boyfriend is missing his boneless wings after the waiter repeated our order 2-3 times and I guess still didn’t put his order in so. He went back inside and waited 20 minutes noted he ordered barbecue wings when he finally got them they gave him hot wings when he specifically said barbecue wings so then he had to go right back in the restaurant and wait another 10-20 minutes for his food then said he had to pay which is fine but they could’ve been thoughtful and gave him some cash off or something for the inconvenience in total he waited 40 min just to get his food when the waiter should’ve put the order in. Over all the atmosphere was nice was clean the staff was friendly but overall the waiter could’ve did a better job I understand it’s a long day but still me and my family had to sit there an extra 30-40 minutes for my boyfriends food which is not okay
Thru forgot some of the food. The chicken was cooked to hard. The waitress we had t9 ask for stuff countless times. People was able to walk in and ask the customers for money or food while they was eating in our case having a business meeting there.
I came to this restaurant to spend a quiet time with my friend because we were close to the place, and I felt a super heavy atmosphere, since we entered the waitress was sitting in a corner I had to go call her so I could order then she brought me something that I didn't I ordered then it tells me that they are going to close soon when they close at 12? I felt too uncomfortable and in this place I don't know if the waitress had a bad day and is taking it out on me or just wants to go home but the way she is treating me says a lot about the establishment and about her for this reason I feel like you shouldn't come to this place restaurant, if I come here it's because I want to eat and that's why I pay for my food, nor am I coming for free to be treated so unpleasantly.
This restaurant needs to put more care in their to go orders. My bags are often missing extra sauces (which are an up charge) and meals. There’s an entire to go team to hand off the food but they are not the o es checking the bags. Fridays definitely owes me a free meal with the amount of things that have been missing from my orders. Not only that’s I call for hours to get someone on the phone and no one answers. Door dash calls to approve refund for missing items and they can’t reach anyone. This is ridiculous. I know you’re located in the hood but customer service should be a standard anywhere, be better than your surroundings. Now I have to leave my home to go to this restaurant to get refunded for an entire order that was never received. I was told to call door dash when I get there so they can speak with someone.
I had one issue where I had to call a manager back 5 times. Each time he told me I was being refunded within x amount of days and it just never happened. Then I was told this is too old and I can’t reverse the charges now. I literally can’t wait to be out of this area.
Update: I went to the store with the food the next day and they remade my order.
I just ordered whiskey glazed ribs, seasoned fries, broccoli with garlic and butter, two breadsticks, orange hennesy glaze on the side, cheesecake and iron steak medium well. The bread was placed in the container with the steak and is covered in sauce. The broccoli is black at the cut on the stems, the seasoned fries had no seasoning at all and were soggy due to the steam, the orange hennesy glaze which I was charged an additional 80 cents for was not in the bag and the ribs have no glaze on them. This meal cost me $57 not including the tip. I had planned on eating over a few days because I am home sick with a cold. So disappointing.
This place is awesome. From the greeters, servers and bartenders. The cooks did a great job with our food!!!! Well most definitely will be back.
