It was late but Ebony took great of myself and friends. The wings and apple butter bbq was top tier right along w. The philly egg rolls, ribs, and pot stickers. The new app combo came in handy to try multiple things. The food was hot and tasty. Their was a small mishap but was quickly corrected by the male manager. I appreciate the service and attention provided.
Went here for a late night dinner. That's always a plus when you have something in the area that's open party 9 pm. Dunno but the place was very empty. I'm not sure how they stay in business, but i hope they'll manage. I love their whisky glaze and come here for dishes with it in it. They got rid of flat iron, apparently, oh bummer... but now they have another steak on the menu, and it's pretty good. Also tried their new mushroom burger, and that wasn't as good as some of their other burgers.
The place is good and food is good But I think they where under staff or my waitress suck...I'm not sure what happen but I made my order and waited an hour before my waiter came back telling me that the dish I had order was out...YES over and hour and my Appetizer didn't get to my table until a half an hour after we order since we got there.... but anyways I was happy with the food but I may not go there again sorry
I usually have a great experience when I visit this restaurant with my family, but I had a bad service when my grandson and I went there to order a to go order from a woman who seemed as though she didn't want to serve us, as if we were a bother. I wasn't aware that their menu changed since it had been a while since we visited, so I asked the woman about the price I paid because it was much higher, and instead of explaining she mumbled under her breath and walked off saying well speak to my General Manager. A guy then came out of the back name Ethan saying he was the General Manager, he then asked me what was the problem and he made me explain just to say he agreed with with her but he would talk to her later about the other issue, which was unsatisfactory being that I'm a regular paying customer here and I never had a problem with anyone or the service. Then to make things worse, I got all the way home to find out my order was wrong because I ordered the 1/2 half-rack Whiskey Glazed ribs, and I got plain pork ribs!!! Never again North Myrtle Beach TGI Fridays????
We have had all good experiences at this location! Everytime we have been there has been very few people dining in. But we've always had friendly servers and tasty food. I really like the whiskey glaze burger. This time, I tried the one with ribs on top, and it was delish! My husband likes the philly burger.
Our meal was awesome, the wait staff Ashley was very pleasant and friendly. The cook Roscoe even came over to our table to check that everything was good and to see if we needed anything. The General Manager was very pleasant and made sure our dinner was perfect. I highly recommend this TGI Friday. Extremely happy.
The food is great.
The service was amazing.
The server Kathy was the best I have ever encountered, if you do visit ask for her. She makes your visit much much better.
All around great place to eat.
I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
I only took a star off the service because they are short staffed, not because the staff is bad.
The food is good as you would expect and the atmosphere is nice. Clean and friendly.
Price wise, I would say that you get more bang for your buck on a hand crafted burger here than going to 5 guys.
