I recently had the pleasure of being served by McKenzie at TGIF, and I must say that her exceptional service truly made my dining experience memorable. From the moment we sat down, McKenzie greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and took great care of us throughout the meal. Her attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor really stood out.
McKenzie went above and beyond to ensure that our orders were accurate and delivered promptly. She was also very accommodating to any special requests we had. Her professionalism and positive attitude made us feel welcomed and valued as customers.
I highly recommend dining at TGIF and requesting McKenzie as your server for a top-notch experience. Thank you, McKenzie, for going the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable. We will definitely be returning soon!
I sat at the bar and the bartender was the best. The service was excellent and the drinks were good and strong. The food was good.
It has been quite a while since I’ve visited a Friday’s. Fridays is what it is, bar food. Which is sometimes hit or miss. Now I remember why I haven’t visited Friday’s in a while. It’s the same old song and dance no matter what time of day you go. Service is slow or food is cold, or overcooked. In this case, service was slow and food was overcooked.
We ordered the combo appetizer in which the loaded potato skins were overcooked and tough, we requested another order.
The ribs are always a hit. Their burgers are pretty good as well. Never order well done, always order medium because it will actually be cooked to perfection.
That caramel pecan cheesecake is soooooo good. So definitely get that.
we went at four in the evening and it was mostly empty. i ordered the bucket of bones and so did my wife. her son had the chicken and shrimp combo with mashed potatoes. the food i had which was buffalo wings and half rack of ribs with fries was really good. we used the whiskey glaze on both and it was great. the fries were average but a decent amount. our server was professional but not overly attentive. the place looked clean. all in all not a bad experience.
The food was absolutely amazing. Fridays has truly stepped their game up. The salmon, jasmine rice and broccoli was simply delicious. When you go make sure you ask for Aaron L he is the best server. You won’t be disappointed!
Me and the wife came in for the Happy Hour for Sunday baseball night for our usual cheeseburger meal deals. Brett knows us well and had our beers ready when he saw us walk in. He never disappoints. Way to go Brett! See you next week!
I haven't been to this location in 2 years and today reminded me of that same reason! Walked in for a pick up order, took maybe 6 mins to be acknowledged as the bartenders were just looking around, nobody at the entrance to greet you and all the servers just sitting down eating or on the phone. Other people have been waiting as well at this point. Finally I asked the bartender about my order and she went to check on it. She came back multiple times and didn't say anything. So I asked the other bartender and he finds the server for takeout orders. She said my food been ready. Food was supposed to be ready in 20 mins, it took 47 mins until I received my food. So Iasked for a manager. The young lady asked for what? Why? I said this service is unacceptable. My food was barely warm and my dessert was melting. The manager gave a vague apology and offered a 10% discount. After a long day at work I just wanted to grab some good food and go home, but that wasn't the case. The whiskey wings were either old or over cooked, dessert was already starting to melt, and potato skins were old. I will never return to this establishment again!!!
Took my girlfriend out to this restaurant and disappointed was a understatement. Payed $23 for a steak asked for it to be cooked medium. It tastes like charcoal. The waitress had no clue what she was doing. I stayed patient . This does not include waiting 20min to be seated. They didn't even look at the door to see people were waiting. The bar tender saved the day. He took up the slack. I didn't request a manager because I've been customer service for over 25yrs. I will be a long time before I come back if I do. You want what you pay for? Go somewhere else.
