One step up from McDonald's in my dining experience. The socializing & service were grand, yet the food left a lot to disire. It is most likely a place I would go only if a large group & budget were an issue. Otherwise, there are better choices in this location
The food wasn't bad, not a fan of the seating at this particular place. Our server wasn't the greatest, she ignored the fact that we had a toddler and placed a very hot plate in front of her. Charged us for 2 separate meals for the kids meal for a total of almost 25$ just for the kids meal, rather than charging for the actual kids meal. When she realized we were checking the prices she came over and said she did that because we didn't specify it was a kids meal... which I absolutely did. It was changed by her manager who apologized. She also didn't give us any plates for the appetizers, we had to ask 2ce. But I would go there again because the food was good and one semi bad experience isn't enough to ruin it completely. I do recommend the garlic parm boneless wings. They were amazing. The kids chicken tenders on the other hand where rock hard and not suitable for a toddler unfortunately.
I would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered ribs and a $22 steak salad , kid you not the salad came with a small 2 bite size portion piece of steak . Rotten lettuce. Ribs were too dry to even eat,, soggy onion rings. Absolutely disgusting.
Overall had the normal experience I enjoy at TGIFriday's. My only negative was I felt like an after thought with our server. I am not sure if her shift just started but as she got sat more tables, we were overlooked. I am not one to complain so I rolled with it.
Otherwise, loved what I ordered and Fridays always has good drinks.
I want say I was in on Mothers day sat down for 30 mins and no waiter and manager was alert by one of the works and came over took our order and did almost our entire waiters job the managers name was Nicole she was the sweetie and made my mother and myself feel welcomed and apologized for the waiter since she was changing I don't tables shifts something manager explained it but even when our waiter came to our table it was while our appetizer were being placed on our table and she was chewing eating something with her mouth open leaning over our food and I was instantly disgusted. I normally don’t leave reviews at all but the manager was very nice and went above and beyond I would definitely come back
Great food needs to be freshed it's dirty and outdated
5 star for service only because our waiter Zack, was fantastic. That being said, nothing we ordered came out hot. Ordered appetizer combo, 1/2 Rack with fries and Cajun Shrimp pasta. The ribs were pathetic, as was the small handful of fries that came with it. The pasta was decent and plenty of it. The combo was ok, except for the boneless wings. They clearly were not fresh. We will go to Applebee's next time.
Ordered take out over the phone, went in to pick it up. Got to the car and checked out the food, I realized I’d gotten slightly the wrong order. We had gotten chicken tenders and sauce on the side when we had actually tried to order the chicken already tossed in the sauce. So to try and make it easy and faster for us all, I asked to just get a few more cups of sauce (that way I could toss the tenders in it myself). The staff was super nice about it and the manager Nichole went above and beyond! She asked me what had I meant to order and offered to remake it all and get me the correct dish I wanted, no extra charge and it was so fast (maybe 5 min) all of which my son and I stood and chatted with Nichole who was so friendly and kind that after we left my son said “mom you should go get her number she was nice and you always say you can’t have too many friends” ???? 5stars!
