TGIF is my favorite restaurant, and this location is usually a good spot to get away from the busy tourist part of Myrtle beach for a hot meal. Unfortunately, this last visit was very underwhelming. First, the hostess asked a waiter if she could place us in his section, and he response was not something a customer should hear. A simple no would have sufficed. I understand if he was tired, maybe his section was too full. All or any reasons could have been true. But when you're in customer service you should be mindful of what you say in front of folks. I feel like I should mention we didn't request his section, she asked him on her own. We did end up with a nice waiter.
As for food, I got a Sizzlin Chicken and Shrimp plate. The food was ok. I felt the portions were good for chicken and mash, but not as many shrimp/marinara sauce as previous visits. I was also disappointed that the Jack Daniels Ribs were no longer available. They did have an updated menu, so there is an opportunity to try something new. The location has a big parking lot and is not too far from Broadway at the Beach. The place was clean and a good size restaurant for the rush crowds.
My ribs were honestly very good as was the Mac and Cheese. Our server was the best part. He was so nice and handled things well, despite how busy it was. The table was sticky from the people before us so they could've cleaned it up a bit better.
Our bartender Autumn was amazing and very attentive. The manager, Jess, was also super nice! All of the Fridays near where I live shut down and she went the extra mile to help me buy a new bag of their whiskey glaze, which is by far my favorite sauce! Great experience overall!
Came to this restaurant as a last minute option and happy I did. The customer service was great from start to finish. Everyone greeted us with a smile, was very friendly, and our waitress (forgot her name) had a great sense of humor. The food came out hot and in great timing. If we're traveling to myrtle beach again, I will definitely come back here.
I love this place Katelyn the waiter helped us figure out food and she gave the best tips on what was good. Loved the food here????????????
When I pulled in I asked my wife if they were open. Was a few cars in parking lot, but the parking lot looked as it was abandoned and not taken care of. So inside and first thing I smell is something like wet dig. Get seated at a table that had food all over the floor. We order our food and drinks, I got a bacon cheese burger and wife got chicken sandwich and some shrimp. Food got delivered, and that's the last I senn of anyone till they brought the check. Didn't get any refills on drinks, no condiments for or food. No one asked how it was. So dry hamburger. Bacon was great on the burger but not condiments. Would had been better with mayo. Paid almost 4 dollars for a coke that was empty before my food came out and guess what. Never got a refill or even asked if I wanted one. Frys were well seasoned but mushy.

Where do I even start? The service couldn’t have been better. Our waiter, Jermaine was attentive and extremely charismatic. He gave us honest opinions and suggestions, and made sure all of our needs were met. The food and drinks were fantastic and left us all satisfied. We strongly recommend it :)
