I recently visited TGI Fridays and felt compelled to share my experience, which was a bit of a mixed bag. While the overall atmosphere and friendliness of the staff earned them a solid point, the service left much to be desired.
Upon arrival, we eagerly anticipated our dining experience. However, the service was exceptionally slow. We waited a staggering 15 minutes before our order was taken, and an additional 30 minutes passed before our cocktails finally arrived. The prolonged wait for beverages certainly tested our patience.
Fortunately, the food came relatively quickly after the cocktail ordeal. The dishes were flavorful, and the presentation was appealing. Yet, our satisfaction was marred by the lack of attention to the dining area. Throughout our meal, not a single dirty plate was cleared from our table, leaving it cluttered with used dishes.
In summary, the service at TGI Fridays left much to be desired, with an excessively slow pace and a noticeable lapse in table maintenance. However, credit is due for the staff's friendly demeanor, earning them a commendable point for hospitality. It is my hope that TGI Fridays takes this feedback constructively to enhance the overall dining experience for future patrons.
I would like to shout out a beautiful soul named Sierra with an S. Her smile and energy lit up the space. My sister and I had a wonderful time. Sierra, you made our evening special. Keep shining your light, baby girl. You are amazing, and you have greatness in you. Never let anyone dim your light.

I have been coming to this location with my family for years. I started coming with my father bringing me, To me bringing my children, and now bringing my grandson to this restaurant's location. We always have a good time when we go to this restaurant. We come here for some holidays throughout the year, such as this past Mother's Day. I do have to say the reason I gave 4 stars on service, Is because the last time I was there with my family and my grandson, who's 11 months old but looks 2!! ( I actually heard a worker say that about him!! ) Which is fine, it made me laugh, bc he is a big fella like his father. But we ordered quite a bit of food and some of it was forgotten when the main course was brought out. Then some of it we just ended up, saying forget about it because it was apps that never came. Plus, by the time they bring you the veggies they forgot ( which is why you have a note pad...) The rest of the food you had is cold or you've finished it. And when we first sat down we waited like 20 minutes just to put our drink order in, BUT The worst part is, There was no one else in the restaurant except US!!! SO he wasn't running around crazy and forgot, he just blantly didn't write our order down and he also seemed that it was a bother for him to be there...And I spent almost $200 ( Which would have been more if he remembered some of our food) !! I did leave him a $40 tip in cash as well. Overall it was a great Mother's Day memory with my ❤'s, and we will be going back to this TGIF again in the future.
Shout out to Michelle the General Manager who was so sweet to us during our visit last week! Her hospitality is flawless! Joey and Hannah were fun to talk too as well! We will be back for the new 1/2 price late night apps and too see this staff again!
Had a great meal with friends at Fridays! Joey was our server and he made sure that our drinks were fresh and the food was served hot!! Michelle stopped by our table, I think because we were laughing too loud but she wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our meal/drinks! Looking forward to going back soon!
My mom, aunt and myself has been going to this Friday for years! We really enjoyed our visit today. Tara was a wonderful waitress. She made us felt taken care of and the food was delicious!
No complaints. My food was great. I had the Thai Mango salad with Salmon.
The waiter got busy with groups coming in, but a manager step in to check us out.
It was late and they were one of the only spots open. I was nervous the quality of food would be poor. But it was not.
Because it was late, there were a few group there and mainly teens. But they were not rowdy.
Had a great time at Fridays! Joey was our server and he made sure everything was perfect! Michelle even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying everything! We will definitely be back!
