First time at a Texas road house ever and I was so impressed. Every staff member was extremely polite and the food was great. The manager got wind that it was my first time at a Texas road house and she personally came to our table to welcome me. I don’t know any restaurant that does that. Food was inexpensive, but delicious. I was so impressed. Our waiter was very attentive as well. I’m disappointed in myself for waiting so long to go to one and I’ll definitely be back
My family used to eat here monthly. Last 2 times our steaks were gristley and my son's bbq chicken looked and tasted like a thin piece of charcoal with sauce on it. Totally bummed because TR was our favorite restaurant and would take out of town family who was visiting. Service was usually good though.
We waited for 20 minutes as we were told. We came in and waited another 5 minutes, staff in prep area visible to people waiting could clearly see staff touching each other with one and two hands. Young people were not acting like they were supposed to be working in a kitchen. The hostess sat us in a booth. Saying this section is new, with clean floors. While the floors were clean and very black. The blinds close to the table were so dirty. Dirty and so dusty from construction that small finger prints were deep in dirt. The fort worth ribeye that arrived cool to touch yet over cooked. Sweet potato wouldn't melt butter. We drove an hour to come here, we won't come again.
The steak was cooked medium to my liking (I recommend the 12 ounce Fort Worth ribeye).
The service was quick and prompt (even for a busy Saturday afternoon) and our waitress was prompt and professional.
Overall great experience! Two thumbs up to the HilliardTexas Roadhouse location.
Food was not that good this time. ???? service was okay. It's been a while since we've been there, and the entryway has changed. That was nice. But left disappointed this time.
Excellent service! The servers are attentive and make customer service a priority, which is always appreciated. And of course, the food is excellent; I really need to start spending more time there actually.
We usually go to Texas Roadhouse at least once a month to celebrate a birthday or some other special occasion. The food and service are consistently wonderful. I would recommend this place for any occasion.
I haven’t always had the best experiences at this location but the one today made it amazing! I had a specific modification I wanted for an online order but had a lot of difficulty getting a hold of somebody who could help me. Eventually the person up front said they would make a note and pass it back to the kitchen. I really appreciated their flexibility, but I also didn’t have too much hope that my request would be honored. When I received it it had been followed to a T. To be honest I had a really bad day and ordered this food to cheer me up, so for it to be accurate and sooooo tasty I nearly cried with joy. Thank you so much to everyone who made this delicious meal happen! I am so grateful!
