From the time we stepped into the restaurant until the time we left service was excellent. We were quickly seated and our server took our drink order. She brought those back quickly and asked if we'd like any appetizers of which we ordered some shrimp, which were delicious. We then ordered our meals and they quickly came out. We were all asked to cut into our steaks and make sure that they were cooked to our liking. The two fillets had to go back because they were a little too red for us but my ribeye was perfect. It took a little while to get the filets back but when they returned they were cooked to perfection. Don't forget to get some rolls because they are delicious. All in all a good experience. No room for dessert.
I gave this location 5 stars. Not because of the food. Even though everything was cooked the way I asked but the GREAT customer service. I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Derek. He has the best personality I have witness in a long time. When you sit down to eat, shop, or do anything that allows you to interact with others you want someone who is passionate about what they do. I even watched him as he was training his co-worker he was very patient, caring, and just all around friendly. He was moving from the bar to the tables, never missing a beat. I didn't have to wait for him to return to ask for anything before I could turn my head he was there asking do you need anything. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Derek.
Food was great and so was staff. Would definitely eat there again. Never disappoints! Awesome.
We come to this location for a lot of our birthdays. We always enjoy a good time and a great steak dinner. I will say it would be nice if most of the kids’ booster seats didn’t have broken straps. It does make it hard to enjoy dinner while trying to contain a toddler. Honestly, the broken booster seats are the only thing keeping it from being five stars. However, we always have a good time and my family definitely enjoys the quality of food.
Our waitress was awesome. He made sure we had everything needed before we asked. The food was good. Red Rasberry was delicious.
For reference. I came here with my family. My father and I both ordered our meat cooked medium well. And we ordered an appetizer.
Got our meal before the appetizer. And when we asked the waitress about it she responded with an attitude "Well do you still want it?" Um, yeah we still want it why would we ask about it if we didn't?
And, when we started eating our meals, both my father's meal and mine were undercooked. They were easily medium rare. And when we asked the waitress about it and she took it back to the kitchen, it came back not much better. Still ridiculously pink (no offense to people who like that ofc).
And when we finally got our appetizer, the sauce it came with was crusty. Yes, crusty. See the photo for reference.
Idk man, just not the best experience. Nearly 100 dollars out of our bank for undercooked food and crusty sauce.
Just finished dining at this location and it was not what I'm use to when dining at Texas Roadhouse. The bread was over baked, dark and crispy on top- not the soft, warm rolls they usually serve at Texas Roadhouse. Both sets of silverware on my table were dirty. My server, Jay, did bring me clean silverware upon request and he actually provided me with really good service throughout my dining experience so that was a plus. The other issue I had was with the women's restroom. It was definitely in need of attention as the toilets were dirty and there was no hand soap. I actually brought this to the attention of the employees working the hostess stand when I first arrived after trying to wash my hands and discovered there was no hand soap. They thanked me for letting them know and told me they would take care of it. Over an hour later, after finishing my meal, I used the restroom on my way out and there was still no hand soap. If the customers don't have hand soap to wash their hands, the employees don't either before reentering the kitchen to prepare and serve food. I notified the employees at the hotess stand AGAIN before leaving, but I have no plans to visit this location again. I'll just go to the Hull Street location from this point on.
I go to Texas Roadhouse all the time. But this experience had to be the best. The food and drink were awesome. The Turnpike location is clean with Great Staff. Thank you Angel. You are Great. Tonight was engagement night. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
