We have been here many times and today it was the most disappointing experience we have ever had. All of our food came out cold. We informed the server and she said she would let “them” know. Then we were charged full price for a terrible meal. 50% of our meal was not edible. Cold shrimp and when they took it back to warm it up it seemed like it was just heated up and the sauce melted into the rice and the bottom of the plate was hot and top was still cold. The fries were cold and soggy. You could see how cold they were by their appearance. This is the last time we come to this place.
EDIT: we returned to this location today to give it another shot and it looks like they are back to having good food and service today. Our server was Sue and she was so sweet and helpful. The food came out hot and tasted great! Glad we gave them another chance.
Okay expect a long wait time. I waited 2 hours ro be seated. But once we were seated I have to say the waitresses and hostess were absolutely amazing! They were kind and quick!!!! Food was amazing. Fresh.
The BEST steak I ever had ! The kids chicken tenders were amazing ..came with 5 good size ones with a side and a drink and the herb chicken was so tender and full of flavor . They told us 20 min wait but it was like 5 min ...our food came asap and the service was great . The waitress kept checking on us and giving us the hot rolls with butter . We came with 2 toddlers and 1 7 yr old and they sat us behind a big table with other kids which was great bc They kept each other company . The pics are the leftovers lol ..we were stuffed ! I will be back again ! Loved every thing I got..I signed up for a free app and I just got a text today (the day after ) so I can't wait to go again ! We spent 75$ ..a family of 5 you can't beat that ! We got 2 adult drinks , 3 kids drinks , 1 app , 2 entrees and 2 kids meals . Came home with a TON of leftovers !
The food was really good, I do like the bread everyone was talking about ???? the only thing I did not like was one of the girls, she didn’t want to service us, so she sent someone else.
I usually love this place but lately it's been nothing but horrible experience from service to food. A month ago went here with my family and did a waitlists. Still took 30 mins to be seated. On top of this we had to wait almost an hour for the food to come out. We think our waiter forgot to put in our order but whatever, couldn't leave because I had two kids with me dying of hunger. The food wouldn't have came out if we didn't ask the waiter for it. Today, 3/28 ordered to go because we didn't want to risk getting a repeat of what had happened last visit. We live like 15 mins from this location. I ordered medium well but my steak came out burnt. The food was cold, I was missing my half a dozen sides of bread that I paid for, then the worst was when I was almost done eating my mash potato. I found this black potato in the bottom. I'm not sure if this was something else or a bad, old, rotten potato. I almost threw up all my good. The saddest part is my 3 year old was eating the mash potato with me. This Texas road house is really the worse now.
We stopped by on a Friday on the way back from Philly, looking for a quick bite for dinner. We had never eaten at a Texas Roadhouse before and the place was packed, and with families at the podium I thought it would be a long wait. To my delight we were seated right away with a basket of fresh hot rolls and cinnamon butter which the server promptly refilled when bringing our drink order. We ordered grilled shrimp for an appetizer, the double grilled pork chops smothered with mushrooms and onions, and the smothered chicken with the homemade gravy on the side. The meals come with two sides so we both had the homemade mashed as one but we got the salad and chili as our other side. Although we waited a bit for the food everything came out fresh and hot, and the amount was a great value for the money. There was a lot of staff constantly walking around and the supervisor Erin came to our table as well, making sure we were taken care of. Overall very impressed with the attentive staff, the operations, the tasty food, and the value of the meals. Even the ladies room was exceptionally clean given the size of the restaurant and the amount of people there. Will be visiting a Texas Roadhouse again!
After one hour waiting we finally had a very impressive Texas style steak dinner, high quality ribeye perfectly grilled to medium, juicy and smoky, A1 sauce is unique, fresh baked bun is fantastic and free, you can't beat it
Our food was so good and our server Serena was amazing. She was so nice and upbeat greeting us and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good!! Got our food out quick and our refills on soda came out super fast! She is a great server and we will be back and ask for her ! =]
