Opened doors late. Not a huge deal, 11:05. Getting seated took another 10 minutes for a 6 top. Ordered drinks, then food, took over 45 minutes for food to arrive, waitress forgot rolls. They don’t have sweet and low, so bring it if you are diabetic. Fried chicken strips had weird soggy taste. Bacon cheese burger was good, fries definitely under heat lamp too long. They must have good and bad days, today it looked like a bad one. Was not super busy, we were 2nd in line before they opened.
Excellent food, prepared well and served hot. Professional staff on hand. Only negative is all the noise but that's because it was packed for the reasons mentioned above.
I'm disappointed that I didn't receive rolls. Even if I am one person, that was part of the reason I chose to go here for dinner. I was debating on rating 4 stars because of this, but the rest of my meal was good. All the tables around me had rolls. I guess I could've asked, but they are always a given. Also, the greeter implied I should sit at the tabletop bar. I asked for a table as I wasn't drinking. Here are updated photos of the menu as the photos I saw on here are not accurate pricing.
Rochelle was a GREAT sever in a very busy restaurant. And when they ran out of prime rib and my husband had to change his order, they graciously comped his entire meal. Yummy food, great service, and very inexpensive for a delicious steak.
My server Michele was excellent. I was exhausted after a long day of the road & was just body refueling, she got that. The early bird special is a great deal. $11.99 for a choice of 10 different meals, that include 2 sides, before 6pm. I ordered the sirloin medium salad & green beans. All consistent with Texas Roadhouse food.
My kids took me out for mother's day lunch. Food and service was pretty good, wasn't crazy about My seasoned rice side though. But every thing else was tasty. My Strawberry margarita was really good too.
Jeana was literally the BEST! She went above and beyond for my girls and I tonight. She comoed our drinks and totally did not need to! She felt like our waiter was too long for our food, but trust me, it wasn't. The food was fantastic and the service was just as amazing! Thank you for a lovely dinner????
Worst dining experience ever. Very very slow to get a table and to get our food. Never even got some of our sides. Great place to go if you've got a horde of screaming children but not if you want to have a halfway decent meal in a timely manner. Burgers also resembled burnt hockey pucks, not the "medium" that we asked for.
