Ordered 3hrs in advance on Valentines day to ensure I good order! Spent over 80$. My cactus onion was almost black, grease in bottom on my container, and no sauce!
My son's steak was ordered medium and it was rare so I had to finish cooking it.
Asked for extra cheese and dressing for salad. Didn't receive it.
My meal, I didn't get any BBQ sauce with my pulled pork (asked for extra and was willing to pay) and my potatoes were cold! Dinner rolls were not only cold but hard!
Worse experience EVER.
I asked for my ordered to be ready at 530pm, the ticket printed said it was done at 502pm. But when I checked in at 525pm it said Not ready! They text me at 545pm saying my food was ready!
Major disappointment!
But the lady that gave me the food was great!
My experience at Texas Roadhouse had been consistently positive until my recent visit, which left much to be desired. Arriving with a group of eight around 6:15 PM on a busy Friday night, we were informed of an hour-long wait, which we understood. However, our patience waned as we were repeatedly misled about the wait time. It wasn't until 8:30 PM that we were finally seated, despite assurances.
Though the gesture of providing two complimentary appetizers was appreciated, the remainder of the evening only worsened. It took until 9:20 PM for our salads to arrive, by which point the children in our group were restless, and so were we. Our waitress was courteous, but it was evident that the management struggled to meet our needs promptly.
Frustrated, we requested our entrees to go, as some in our party faced a long drive back. Strangely, a similar-sized party that arrived after us received their food before ours, further highlighting the management's inefficiency.
By the time we left at 9:50 PM, we were relieved but dissatisfied. While the establishment did offer a 30% discount and removed the cost of our appetizers, it was clear that there is a disconnect between management and the serving staff. Despite the challenges, we still tipped our waitress, recognizing that the issue was not hers to bear.Overall, this experience shed light on significant shortcomings in this Texas Roadhouse's operations, especially during peak hours. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial for the restaurant to deliver a better dining experience.
i’ll be honest with you I really like the roadhouse from years past and someone had told me that this is a new franchise here but they really truly need to work on the attitudes of the servers from the very moment we got here it was one server after another after another total of four different servers all of them with really bad attitudes and not a single one of them smiled nobody was happy I mean seriously what would make me want to come back here I normally never leave bad reviews whatsoever and I tried to check my own personal attitude to see if it was something I did but certainly not. our table was not picked up while we ate plates and dishes were stacked all over the place the restaurant was not busy at all and it was just after 3 o’clock. How do I know 3 o’clock because I was told that our party of 20 could not be seated until 3 o’clock when the servers actually started their shift. Everybody has a bad day every once in a while that’s understandable but the managers should be giving the servers and workers pep talks and motivation to want to be better to want to make a customers experience a good one
Absolutely horrible!! Arrived to the restaurant at 3:00pm on a Friday and went to the hostess stand and let the hostess know that we were a large party of 12, hostess asked if all of the party had arrived, informed her no, yet they weren’t far behind. She took party name and said to let her know when all of the party arrived so that staff could prepare for us. Mind you, their doors open at 3:00pm and they don’t take reservations, so as a customer we thought letting the staff know that we had a large party and that the restaurant had maybe 10-12 other couples, yes, couples, parties of 2 maybe 4 max being seated. Not a packed restaurant by any means. That a party of 12 , this time of day and not packed, paying customers, as a restaurant (customer service, hospitality)our party would be accommodated . Understandably, our party thought there would be a wait and thought that the staff was preparing for us. Well, did we think wrong!! Hostess with a lack of customer service and bad attitude had called someone/another employee from the kitchen and decided for whatever reason to keep looking at our party, (that was patiently waiting) with a look of disgust on her face and body language that looked as if she was put-out for having to do her job. Our party was celebrating a wonderful day and we were all looking forward to celebrating. So as we waited some more time, we are finally called to be seated (again, 3:00pm Friday, 10-12 other 2- max 4 people parties in a restaurant not full by any means) our party of 11(one of our members was unable to make it) was directed to two booths, back to back. Mind you, party is: 6 adults, 3 older children and 2 younger children. Really?!?! This is how you “prepared” for our party?!?! “Just sit on top of each other and enjoy your meal! Your server will be with you! Not sure how she enjoys eating her meals, but I imagine most people will agree, whether you are a child or an adult, sitting on top of each other, hitting elbows, is not an ideal set-up to enjoy your meal. Well, low and behold right beside the back to back booths, were open booths, so we thought this would be a bit more comfortable for the paying guest (us) to spread out with one more booth. Oh, no! Hostess lacking in her hostess ability, says, “No, we can’t do that! We don’t have the tables for this size party!” Wow! Once again, REALLY?!?! So, a couple in our party said “Well, we will be a separate party and can sit here.” Response from Hostess, “No we cannot do that!” Our party, “Where is the manager?!” Our party will take responsibility for the poor server who came up and some of our party thought he was the manager. He as the server did not deserve the attention he received from us and for that we do apologize. However, we did make it very clear that the Lacking hostess just lost money for Texas Roadhouse and let her know that she just took an extremely large tip from her co-worker. After the treatment we received getting seated, this was not going to be an enjoyable experience and that no guest should be treated as we were, so our party decided to leave. Funny thing, Lacking hostess with her disgusted facial expressions and expressing her body language, by throwing her hands up, as if she couldn’t understand why our party was leaving. Wow!!! Just so your management knows, we went right down the street and were greeted with hostesses friendly faces and great customer service. We were sat immediately (oh, there were probably 10-12 couples already in the restaurant seated) we were seated comfortably, had plenty of elbow room and our server was ready, friendly and he received a nice big tip! Customer service doesn’t cost a thing. However, continuing the customer service that was displayed by your staff, keep it at this level and customers will realize if you just go down the street a bit, that the experience you receive there will be well worth the visit.
We Do not usually eat at this particular location but we were fortunate enough traveling to meet up here with my college son to celebrate my birthday this evening. The food was very good but the service was even better. Ashley took great care of us before we even had a need. Thank you so much!
It was such an enjoyable experience. You made us so happy we splurged on a great dinner. The best service I have had at any Texas Roadhouse.
This place is awesome! Kaylie does an awesome job! She takes care of every you need. Don't wait on anything! The food is awesome! Great job to the kitchen also!
Sat at the bar. Bartender was great. Drinks were awesome. Prices were good. Ordered some boneless chicken wings....along with Cactus onion and some Mac n Cheese. You failed on the chicken wings. They as well as the onio sat in the window waiting on the Mac n cheese. Very dry and chewy. Bartender offered me new ones but I didn't want to wait. Your dinner rolls rock...but the kitchen needs to do better with timing. It wasn't the bartenders fault and I tipped well as always. I told her to tell the kitchen they screwed up and that she got stiffed because of the wings. I don't know if she did or not, but she should have. BTW, the Mac n cheese was great....it was the only thing that was hot. The service was great. The boys at the door were taking names for wait list and were very very polite as well.
This place has some absolutely amazing food. The Dallas Fillet was to perfection, and the loaded macaroni was really good.
