They were extremely fast even though they were very busy. The staff was friendly and got our table everything that we needed. The food was good. My steak was slightly overcooked but still tasted very good, and everything else was delicious. Overall great experience love coming here.
I ordered the kabobs and they were all grizzle and not even chewable. The waitress did offer to fix me another order but I refused due to the fact that my husband was almost finished and by that time meal was ruined. The waitress sent a female Mgr over and she offered the same thing, but NOT one time did anyone offer to comp my chewed up spit out steak meal. They saw that I did not eat that steak. I did however eat the rice/onions and 1/2 of my salad. Disappointed visit for sure! We usually enjoy TRH.
I get to go to Texas Roadhouse once in a while. When I do, it's a treat. The meal started with Coke Zero, Roll, and Blooming Onions. Delicious, but I was trying to save room for my meal. That was the Combo Appetizer, with Buffalo Wings, Fried Pickles, and Tater Skins. That was just as delicious. My next question is when do I go next time?
UPDATE: June 30, 2023-I finally got to go back! I ordered the Killer Ribs with Steak Fries and Coke Zero. I also had some Blooming Onions and a Roll. It was all delicious! So when do I go back?
UPDATE: October 1, 2023-I went there last night to pick up a mobile order. I ordered Chicken Critters, Steak Fries, and a Diet Coke. They also gave me four rolls, but I was only able to eat one of them. Everything was so delicious! The only complaint was that there was a line at the pick up window outside when I came to pick it up. They could have used more help.
Great food. Guess I should have taken a pic lol. Laid back atmosphere. Good waitress! I had to compare this with Cheesecake factory. Cheesecake factory lost as the only thing good there was the waiter.
Sea of empty tables but sat us on a bench booth so we shared a seat with a couple of children with very little adult supervision. Not the best birthday meal I've had.
Came here on Saint Patrick's day, might have been a mistake on my part given how busy it was. The service was spectacular, the timing of food was just as good. And the affordability is amazing, you get a full plate for very little in comparison to other restaurants.
My son and his friend ate there Thursday night. My son had a steak and fries and was very sick beginning in the middle of the night and the whole next day. VERY sick. His friend who had a hamburger was fine. Please , please check that your steaks (even if they are frozen) are safe to eat. Also make sure that handwashing is always a priority. This was a horrible experience for him and not what you would expect from such a well known chain restaurant.
Megan ( Bartender / Server) approached us quickly and very nice. Our Salads were served in a timely manner. My Coffee was old and reheated by microwave - the Cup was so hot I could drink my coffee for about 10 minutes. I ordered an 8 OZ New York Strip 'medium rare' amd my wife ordered her steak kabob medium well. I did not receive a New York Strip medium rare, I was served a sirloin BURNT. My wife's kabob was burnt. Both steaks were dry and full of fat. We were never asked for refills. Typically our food and service is decent at this Richmond Roadhouse, but today was total dissatisfaction.
