Normally and with little exception, Texas Roadhouse is a safe bet. And while the experience wasn't the worst I have ever had, it was definitely a disappointment for Texas Roadhouse. Setting the stage, it was Saturday night and peek dinner time. Our wait, as expected, was roughly 45 minutes or so to be seated. Underneath the table was a mess and some had spilled butter or something and it got all over our shoes and there was even silverware on the floor. The initial order went fine and our drinks and salad came out promptly. The food took another roughly 40 minutes or so to come out. The music was very loud in the restaurant and the restrooms were a mess. The pork chops were overcooked and dry and tough. The green beans had been cross contaminated with corn as you can see in the photo. Fortunately, no one has a corn allergy in my family. Our tea glasses sat empty for half the time as they ran out of tea and we had to wait for more to be brewed. Our server never came back to ask if we wanted fresh roles or if we needed anything in the meantime. So, I was very disappointed in the experience.
I invited my entire extended family to join me at this Texas Roadhouse to watch the full eclipse of the sun. We arrived an hour before this location opened to watch the solar event. An employee came out and handed out extra sunglasses for the event and this made this an extra special occasion. We all had an early dinner and great food and a magnificent time head by all. I strongly recommend coming to this location to eat for any variety of events.
Total joke! I’d love to be able to know when I order food for my children it’s not total trash quality. I’d give them fast food if that was the case and not spend $55. Also when I asked the manager he basically said that’s the way they come! I put a fry next to it to reference the size and they put them on the most dry rolls and call that a meal. Terrible!
Good food. My only complaint was it took a long time to come out and there must have been an issue with my loaded fries (they took an additional 15 mins after we received our food) considering we went early 3ish and it was pretty dead on a Tuesday. Our waitresses was so nice. All the staff we encountered were very friendly.
Ordered and 8oz steak and shrimp with a baked potatoes butter and cheese only and a Ceasars salad. My salad never showed. My baked potatoes had sour cream and I couldn't chew the steak way to much gristle not to mention it was not 8 Oz saw our server 1 time and never again. I will only come back for the rolls not happy that I had to pay for something I couldn't eat.

I went up to the check in area and asked for our server to come to the table and she never did when I went to pay my bill I told them they said next time tell your server it's to late now...... your resteraunt needs better staff and no they do not fix issues. Horrible service
Server was Great, Food was Amazing! Best of all, empkoyees seemed to be happy and Love their job! Great Job Management!!!
I've been to this establishment multiple times and have had great experiences but tonight was the total opposite. I ordered a pretty decent size to go order and went to pick this up I did not check my bag until I had gotten home but once I did I was missing a substantial amount of my order. When I arrived at the restaurant again I went in to let them know i had only received one meal out of everthing that i ordered and one of the two women responded by saying she knew there was more than one item in the bag. Basically insinuating that I was lying about not getting the items that i actually didnt get. I sat in the parking lot waiting for them to cook the things that I never received for about 30-40 mins. The crazy part is that the things that I didn't receive were not just forgotten to hand to me they were never even made. Once i received the things that were missing from my order everything was thrown together ribs,shrimp,salmon all in one box. Also idk if they were trying to be funny but they threw in 3 burnt rolls. Very disappointed with this experience tonight.
Texas Roadhouse is our go-to steakhouse. It was not a good experience with the Anderson location this time. 2 of the 4 appetizer plates were dirty. The first batch of rolls was a little doughy. They were out of the beverage that I wanted. My wife ordered her steak "Extra well done," and it came out pink. They then said her baked potato would take an additional 15 minutes after we had waited for 35 minutes after ordering, so she settled with fries that she only ate half of. She asked for her steak to be cooked a little more, and it took so long that everybody else was done eating when it came back out, so she took it home. So my wife only ate half an order of steak fries during our visit. Very disappointing. At the Fort Wayne location, the manager makes their way around to the tables to ask about the dining experience. That didn't happen here.
