Every year I take my best friend n my brother here. It's my brother favorite place. My friend Dec 30 n brother Jan 14 birthday it's definitely the longest ever wait. 1 HR n 20 minutes to be seated. I don't know why it was so busy but I'm glad we killed time shopping at Meijer before
Teresa is thee absolute best server, hands down. She has amazing hospitality skills, always so bubbly n attentive. Mix that with the delicious prime rib served with a side of green beans and a house salad, a sweet tea or Top Shelf Long Island Tea, and you have yourself a terrific night out. Superb ????
Legendary food, masterful service, excellent atmosphere.
Stopped in because we haven't had Texas Roadhouse in a while and this location did not disappoint. Everything was incredible from our greeting, the food, and the ice cold beer. If you show up, ask for Nick, hands down the best server we've had in a long time. You can tell he loves his job, enthusiastic and polite. 6 stars all around!
It just seems that the food has went downhill. My daughters mac & cheese was flavorless and dry. Our potato skins had cheese melted on them that felt like rubber and you could peel it off every piece as whole sheets of cheese. My chicken was burnt and I couldn’t eat it. I was afraid to ask for a new piece as the visit before I was served chicken not cooked all the way. Our waitress wasn’t the best. She took our food away but she did offer a box. When I told her my three year old didn’t need a box as she wouldn’t even eat the macaroni because it wasn’t good. Her response was awww, that’s too bad. She then proceeded to offer us dessert options to purchase. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the money and we left pretty disappointed.
We called ahead for the wait list, once there it was a 5 minute wait at best. When we got seated our server was right there talking care of us. The food was delicious! It's a nice warm environment. We drive down from Columbus for that location.
We did take out and out of all the times we ate there this will be our last!!! We got the wrong food. Missed half our food. waited an extra half an hour because the take out girls forgot about our food. We went back and got our mistake fixed and asked for more rolls and they weren't even cooked!!!
Summer did a great job and the food was outstanding. She made sure to pre bus, check on us regularly. The food came out correct and at a good temperature and from what I saw the whole restaurant is a well run machine. You won’t be disappointed!
