Being our first time there I will definitely recommended this place . The food was good I loved the margarita patron. But what we loved the most was the service we got from Paris. Paris was an excellent waiter not only she was nice and lovely, she was making sure that we enjoy our time there. They need more people like Paris☺️
Our visit to Texas Roadhouse was a mixed bag last Friday. The prime rib wasn't cooked to our request, but the wait to receive it meant we mostly took it to go. The chili lacked the expected cooking warmth, while the bread was a comforting highlight - deliciously hot and soft. The drinks were average, and the service didn't meet the high standards we hoped for from such an establishment. Our friends had an awesome experience including the food. However, our overall experience was let down by slow service and underwhelming chili. Improvement in these areas could elevate the dining experience significantly.
Debating if we will go back to give them another chance.????
I had a dinner meeting here yesterday on a packed Monday night. Service was attentive. The atmosphere was lively with the servers doing a periodic line dance. Got a variety appetizer platter with the chicken, potato skins, and jalapeño cheese poppers. I ordered the ribs and chicken combo with the Caesar salad and sweet potato. My daughter ordered the steak and ribs with chili and a sweet potato for sides. We enjoyed the food, but it lacked the visual and taste “magic” that would’ve made it a 5. That said, I’d be willing to go back.
Sorry, coming to edit my review. So disappointed!! Mother's Day, ordered to go meals, avoid the crowds, have done this before. Ordered half dozen extra bread. About $100 later in food, we sit to eat and every single bread, the additional paid for half dozen as well as the ones that came with the meals all overly cooked. BURNT! I find it hard to believe whoever bagged these didnt realize it, they had to have known this wasn't Texas Roadhouse quality. Irritating to say the least, and maybe just a little more Irritating given the day. Waste of money and food, no one ate them.
Mom & I first time coming here for dinner! We had a nice server , delicious food ???? We surely enjoyed what we both ordered. We shall come again one day soon! I wished there was a location in North Miami Beach , Aventura Or North Miami ????, but we were in Pembroke Pines , so today made our first visit !
Lastly my Mom had the STRAWBERRY ???? Cheesecake & she said she enjoyed it ???? We both got a bag of peanuts ????
I will go to a Texas Roadhouse in any city at this point because they are consistently good. With that being said, I found one about 13 miles from Ft Lauderdale in Miramar FL.
We had to wait because I wanted an indoor table not booth. They called my name so I went to the front expecting to be seated. We had to wait about 5 minutes or so before they were ready to see us after they called my name. I understand that this is not something that has been thought about but please take it into consideration. If you call someone's name to be seated they should not be standing in the corner especially when no one is up there waiting. Some of us have physical challenges that will not allow us to stand for a period of time.
We were seated and our server Sarah is the sweetest person we have ever encountered in a restaurant. She was very patient, answered questions in a cool manner, documented well and repeated the order with no problems even when we added or deleted something. Very pleasant. Keep her at all costs and make her happy because she is deserving of everything good.
Our meal came out just the way we asked for it with no problems. I took pics of the food bit the red lighting in there would not let me be great with good pictures.
The food was excellent, hearty and comforting. It was just what we needed after traveling.
Also thank you for the bags of peanuts. Great idea. They were missed.
I recommend booking at least 20 minutes before arriving, American food, the dishes are with a lot of food! The starter breads are perfect for when you arrive very hungry ☺️
Perfection all the way!! Our Server, Kole, was outstanding and made our visit comfortable and very relaxed. He kept the pace of food deliveries perfect from the Blossom Appetizer, which was by far the best!!, to the well prepared salad, and finally the Best Steak Dinner I have encountered in a long time. The Sirloin was very tender, tasty and done to perfection.
We will now be frequent visitors and can't wait to return.
We were so pleased with everything, we returned within a week and got lucky with Dom as our server....What a guy!! What a meal! Everything about this place is great ????
