Great service, friendly staff.
Unfortunately my 6o sirloin was served rare, instead of medium rare. Difficult to cut and even more difficult to chew. I was not able to eat. Offered refund or new steak. I chose a replacement which was cooked to order. My son was happy with his 12 oz rib eye. Fries and baked potato over seasoned and salty. Appetizers were freezer food, a pass for me but ok for bar food. Thumbs up for frozen margarita and garden salad. Staff all friendly and great customer service. Happy son, happy life.
We've been to Texas Roadhouse numerous times, and they never fail to deliver. This time we decided to stop after work. We got in just as they opened, yet they were already quite busy and got even busier by the moment. That never stopped our amazing server Tristen from being on top of everything. Food and drinks were very timely and cooked perfectly.
We ordered the Fried Pickle appetizer, my fiancee ordered the Country Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and House Salad. I ordered the Sirloin Medium Rare, Sweet Potato and House Salad, and a Key Lime Margarita. Everything was perfectly done.
The only complaint we ever have is that the music is slightly too loud. It feels like we almost have to yell across the table to hear each other.
I just finished dinner here with my significant other, and it was by far the best restaurant experience that I’ve had in a very long time. Our waitress Haley was wonderful. She was very attentive and so sweet. The restaurant was extremely busy at the time of our dining experience and she still did an amazing job at making sure we had everything that we needed. Our food came out very quickly, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be returning, and requesting Haley in the future!
You have to love a place that cooks your meal exactly as you asked them to. I have never, on any of my visits, have I had to send a steak back. The rolls are the best and the cinnamon butter is way tasty!
Excellent service. Our waitress brought out refills on bread and drinks without even having to ask. Our appetizer was out in a matter of minutes from ordering. The food was cooked to perfection and tasty. I have never rated places with 5 stars until now. This was the best service we have had in a year. Clay/Liverpool location you really are doing something extraordinary! Keep up the great work.
Texas is usually good restaurant to to go to but the past times I’ve taken take out I get no food and if it’s food I get little peices. They need to work better on scumming people out at take out
I went last Monday (the 13th) with my mom for mother's day/my birthday and our waitress Brittany was amazing!!! She answered all our questions, was very quick with everything, super nice and friendly, and she even found me some of the little wet wipes for my hands!!! 10/10 recommend ask for Brittany she's got you!
