Atmosphere- 4 stars- Fun busy place to eat. Lots going here- between all the patrons, birthday celebrations and country music this place isn’t your calm romantic dining experience. Place was clean and well themed.
Service- 4 stars- waitress (sorry didn’t get her name) was attentive and friendly.
Food- 3 stars- I have eaten at other Texas Roadhouses before and had better tasting food. I got the BBQ chicken and sirloin combo. I requested medium well for my steak but it was more like medium rare. This may not bother the real steak lovers but for me I can’t handle too much pinkness. They did take it back to the kitchen but it still wasn’t cook enough for my liking. I got fresh veggies as a side (broccoli and carrots). Broccoli was ok but the carrots were not cooked enough. I will come back again but next time will stick to plain chicken.
Service was great and fast. Our server was very good. She brought me a Togo cup for my strawberry lemonade, and I forgot it. But the food was top-notch. Thank you
The service was phenomenal! Our server Andrea was the BEST! She made sure we was good, she knew what we needed before we even asked ! She was most definitely on top of it ! I would most definitely recommend coming here and getting her as server! We only had one issue and it was that our first batch of bread was undercooked, which wasn’t her fault but she clearly saw that and replaced it immediately! The food was delicious! The place was packed, they were most definitely doing there best to get people in and out!
Kelsey our server was so sweet and kind and Vanessa our manager was so gracious.Vanessa gave us a gift for being first timers and we have never been treated so nice in all the restaurants we have eaten.The food was delicious and out of this world so delicious.The fried cactus the steak the ribs the rolls omg ❤️
We got a table for eight people and they sat us at two separate tables. When we asked to be put together they wouldn’t let us push the table to the booth. They sat 8 of us in a four person booth with an “extension” but we couldn’t use the end so the server could have walking space. We would’ve waited for an appropriate table by the way. There wasn’t even room for all of our food. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. Half of our drinks were wrong. They put egg on my girlfriend’s salad and she stated twice no egg. We got one basket of four rolls for eight people as well. Won’t be back for a while
11/8/22 not a good experience today.
I order a ft worth rub eye… It seems it was returned from another person. It was cut in 3 also burnt. Server wasn’t nice like other servers that really are. And ribs where extremely peppered.
Lower the stars to 3 on this visit.
Went today (7/15/21) with some family members. Katie was our server and wow! She was so great! Kind nice and friendly. Also Lori was great and so obliging! We had a minor issue with the food and she took care without hesitation. Thanks! A+++
Been through several TRH statewide and this location kind of surprised me. People were nice, and food was finally great. Chelsea was kind and friendly and also a good server, overall all employees were looking with a pretty nice attitude. Food was great. A+

Tyra was awesome!! She got everything covered!! Didn’t had to ask for anything!! Refill were always there, when we were done she brought us to go… she AAA++++!!! Excellent service. I wish there were more servers like her!! Thank you Tyra. Food was great too!!!
Texas roadhouse has steaks and other country style foods. You can get cocktails and beers on tap. The blooming onion they have here is very good. They have the classic sauce but it was cut very well so that each piece could be pulled off. The drinks are fine and the food is generally acceptable. They were pretty busy on a Saturday night but have a good system for getting a table. Nice to have one here in Clarksburg.
Very excellent service and food. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were superb and perfectly cooked.
