Not quite a "fine dining" experience, yet the environment is cozy and a bit backwoods. They have quality steak and a consistently great experience. Plenty of simple options for kids and good beers and steaks for the adults. There's a day for peanuts where you can just eat the nuts and dump the shells on the ground. Pick your cut of steak as soon as you enter the building. The staff is friendly and generally quick and attentive. They have some of the best rolls with cinnamon butter.
That is very disappointing for $50. Soooo this is the 3rd time we have been let down.

Eclipse day, they opened a little later so the employees could watch the eclipse! I think that was awesome! There was music playing outside & everyone was having a great time! We sat at the bar. The bartender was really pleasant & friendly, provided excellent service! Our meals came out hot & fresh! I had smothered chicken, the chicken & broccoli was cooked perfectly! Hubby had 16oz steak and said this place gets it right every time!
The manager on duty was checking on patrons making sure everything was good! Always feel like us customers are appreciated!

Went for Mother's Day and had a great time! Knowing people would be waiting, most with kids, the restaurant provided entertainment and light nibbles. The service was PERFECT! And my steak was delicious
For as many times as we have been to this restaurant, today was one of the best visits! Debbie was one of the absolute best server's I have ever had! She was completely on top of her game, didn't skip a bit and was entertaining all at the same time!!
The servers were really friendly and attentive. It seemed a little bigger than the 2 Texas Roadhouses that we normally visit. The staff line danced through the restaurant twice while we were there which was fun. We don't visit Niles often and were pleasantly surprised with how many things are connected by the same set of parking lots. We would absolutely visit this location again.
Good food. Didn't have to wait to long for a table, even though it during the "dinner rush".
Our server Daniel was the nicest, and friendliest person we've had in years! He gave us great recommendations to our group, and no detail was missed. So helpful and kind. Everyone wants to have him to wait on them when they return. Kudos to Daniel!

Our steaks were ordered well done- & had to be sent back! Also, A LOT of fat on the steaks Apparently, the cook doesn't get it ur can't read. The rolls were great! Service could be real, instead of fake. Appetizers were good.
