Never had any issues here. Foods always great (but occasionally salty). Drinks are always good. Not weak, not watered down. It’s kinda crowded most of the time but it is what it is. Haven’t had any bad service here. I come here a few times a year and haven’t had any complaint worthy experiences.
WARNING: Products consumed at Texas Roadhouse are know to be addictive in nature. EXTREMELY FAST, and friendly service. HUGE portions of food. By the time I made it through the humongous appetizer I was debating life choices looking at the monster of a burger in from of me. Cheryl was an outstanding server and the kitchen manager Jacob was also the most polite and professional. Very clean establishment with great out put from the front and back of house. Great job team, keep on, keepin on.
My grandson Max’s birthday lunch. Bad experience today from the beginning. We ordered a cactus blossom it was brought to the table after sitting as it was cold. It was remade. Three kids meals two chicken tender baskets and macaroni meals. They were brought out with the appetizer. The macaroni had a big piece of fuzzy material on the top. I immediately showed it to the help. She said “it’s just a piece of fuzz” I can’t even understand her disregard for customer service. Well then the three entrees came out all the main courses were nearly cold the waitress was notified immediately the bacon burger and the two portobello chicken meals were not right. She said she was getting the manager after ten minutes the manager came. She obviously skipped customer service class. I explained everything and reminded her we were waiting on the macaroni meal it had been forty minutes by then. So she says she will remake the food. After thirty more minutes one person lost their appetite and the macaroni still had not come out. The waitress was not in anyway to blame for the servers bringing cold food and macaroni with “fuzz in it” the manager was advised to take off one entree and the macaroni meal. The receipt showed twenty dollars taken off but only twelve dollars was deducted from the original receipt. So I still paid for a macaroni meal and part of a portobello chicken meal we didn’t get. The manager was terrible it’s sad this place has went down hill. Not again I will go to Hull St. if I feel the need!
My friend and I stopped for dinner. We enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent. Thank you! Many blessings
Mac n cheese has changed. Fair warning it’s awful ???? for the first time we had some major issues with almost our entire to go order. But I called and talked with the manager Romano about our concerns and he was so understanding and helpful. Just being able to discuss it with him and him offering a kind resolution was enough to keep us as customers. Everybody has a bad night and makes mistakes, it’s when you help make it right that’s most important.
In the middle of February, they had the air conditioning on!
We had to change seats or leave. It was that cold.
We changed tables, and it was tolerable. I still didn't feel warm enough to remove my coat until I was done eating.
It is a loud restaurant. It is difficult to have a conversation with those you are dining with. A lot of yelling.
The dining room was dirty.
Service was good. The kitchen was fast. The food was okay, just okay. One of the things Texas Roadhouse boasts about is their fresh, hand cut steak. Based upon taste and texture, I would disagree. My steak had previously been frozen, not fresh. It's no better than a cheap steak at Applebee's.
This is several times and multiple locations where I have low quality meals from Texas Roadhouse.
I am done with this chain.
They have some amazing good food and alcohol. We tried the grilled shrimp, hot wings, steak, catfish, and ribs. I can say the steak was cooked to perfection along with the grilled shrimp ???? ????, hot wings, and ribs. The only thing I didn't necessarily like was the catfish. It was tasting like it didn't really have any taste, but it may have been because of some of the other food I had before eating the catfish. Other than that, the food was amazing ???? ???? ????????. The lemonade was also very tasty. Went through 3 glasses of that. We got seated in a quiet place, which I also loved. So I can say I will definitely be back again. Maybe even try lunch next time.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad to go.
The chicken was burnt to a crisp.
The HOT chicken was placed in the same box as a COLD salad.
I ordered without egg or tomato…. I’m not sure why there was only 2 strands of cheese.
