As Mother's day approaches we decided to take the family women out to a dinner and it was also my Aunties Birthday ???? aswell . It took just a little more than an hour before we were seated , we had a party of 10 so that would be understandable. After we were seated it was apparent that this was a day where the staff was under staffed so it took so time to get all out beverages , bread and appetizers. Paul the waiter was great and did an awesome job, the food was pretty good and the atmosphere was ok ????.
The best Texas Road House we've ever eaten at. We've been to so many Texas Roadhouse restaurants in different states, but the steak here is cooked perfectly, and the service is great! Our server Leta took care of us and checked on us very often, got us everything we've asked for, and had a pretty smile on her face. She's so polite and nice. Management, please reward your cooks and servers. They did an excellent job and you are lucky to have them.
Please do not eat here the food is not worth the hype I ordered a rib-eye steak that tasted like a McRib from McDonald’s… The gravy was okay once I added salt and pepper that was the only thing that was good…..my ribs were pink on the inside (not tender) so I’m looking very unlady -like trying to gnaw on a rib like I have no damn teeth…and they used Kraft barbecue on everything. There was no variety on the sauces.. we had No napkins and no silverware.. we had to request it..watered down drinks.. The server was a nice guy but the food was terrible ..it looked better than it tasted…. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes and the cheeses and bacon bits were thrown on top.. of course the potatoes wasn’t hot because the cheese wasn’t melted..I had corn that tasted like they dumped it out of a can… oh they do not have any wings with the bone in . Grown men prefer a bone in wing.. save the boneless for da kids. Lol .. the boneless wings looked like skinny strip nuggets…They just don’t have wings with a bone in it.. dat sucks!!!!the mozzarella sticks were very thin and coiled like noodle shape.. i have seen circular or rectangular shape but never this..the only thing that was good was the bread that they bring when u first sit and the butter for the bread had cinnamon and sugar in it which was disappointing because I don’t like sweets.. it turned the bread into a Cinnabon taste..my husband liked it but I thought it was expecting just butter .we weren’t given a choice.,Children we’re everywhere crying which is not their fault ..It was not a pleasant experience at all..This place is still going based on and old reputation .i shoulda just went to Friday’s. No complaints there..
I recently ordered takeout from Texas Roadhouse and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite placing an online order, they left out most of the items, and to make matters worse, they're unreachable by phone to rectify the situation. The food I did receive was okay, but the lack of communication and missing items really detracted from the overall experience. Also wet naps shouldn’t be thrown on top of your food. I hope they can improve their customer service and attention to details and fulfilling orders in the future.
Texas Roadhouse is a great restaurant!!! My wife and I stopped in for dinner and I must say that the food was delicious. Also the restaurant was a little busy but service was not compromised by the crowd. We started with drinks and butter rolls. Our order came surprisingly fast. I have no complaints about Texas Roadhouse this place was nice, I will be going back.
It was packed because of graduations and the kitchen was a little crazy but everything was good and we had a great time!
It was a wow... the food and the service. Even when a mistake was made, it was sweetly corrected. The ribs and rolls with that special butter were awesome????????????
The food was good but the service was exceptional. Denise, our server, hands down, was the best I’ve ever had. PG County restaurants should send all their servers to her to be trained. 5 +++++ star service. She was great great great! Ask for her when you come or ask to be served by someone she trained and you won’t be disappointed. We would come back just for her service.Disclaimer: We are not her family members or friends. We never met her before this visit.
