Best WLM Reviews
You already know you should eat here but let me remind you just in case you’re on the fence. The service is always great here, our waiter, Eli, was attentive and professional. The food was outstanding and is always reliably delicious from location to location. The cinnamon butter they service with their fresh baked rolls are a real treat and guilty pleasure. While the steaks are good, don’t sleep on the bbq chicken and the salmon, they’re great too.
Nothing to complain about. Excellent service, great quality food and drink. Even the manager/owner came over to see how our meal was which was a great touch. Made us feel very welcome.
Would highly recommend a visit ????
Spoke to hostess when we arrived. I told her “2” and that we wanted to sit outside. We were told to have a seat in the waiting area. Other people came in behind us and we’re immediately seated outside. I asked why they were seated outside when we were here first. Hostess responded that we were part of a large party. I told her that there was only two of us! The hostess said there were no tables available outside. My husband and I were extremely unhappy and as we walked out of the restaurant there were only two tables that were being used. Husband called and spoke to the manager and we were then seated outside. Our waitress Meg was wonderful but I can’t leave positive reviews for the hostess”s. They were unapologetic and one in particular was rather rude. Will definitely think twice about coming back here.
Staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was delicious! Pictured are Roadhouse Burger, Killer Ribs with steak fries and Cactus blossom. We got apple pie to go to eat later, which came with vanilla ice cream (in a separate container) and a sweet buttery brown sugar sauce (in its own container also) to drizzle on top of it. Delicious!
The bar staff was great. We didn't wait for anything, drinks refilled, food arrived hot and fresh. The steak was delicate and tender, so juicy. Can't say enough about the experience. Just plain awesome.
This is a new building so it's clean, However, Most of the staff seems under-trained and newer. The people in the kitchen made our meal feel "sloppy". There were dirty fingerprints ALL over our plates, crusty food on the sides and bottoms of the plates, brown lettuce in our salad, and onion peels in our food. It was not appetizing at all and made me feel like it must be gross in the back of the house... It would have taken very little effort to have prevented these problems, but the lack of care was apparent :(
The service and atmosphere were great here and the food very good. We had a great server, she made us feel welcome and also had a great sender of humour appreciating our British sense of humour. Would recommend.
Was there today, 3/20/24, our server was Jacob and the service was amazing! The buns were awesome! The burger was cooked perfectly! Everything was perfect from !being seated to cashing out! Thank you again for a job well done!
See you again soon!
