Best WLM Reviews

Back to the Texas Roadhouse - another good steak (Dallas filet, 12 oz). Sat at the bar, received good and friendly service. Better pic this time. It's a little loud, but part of the overall atmosphere.
3/24/24 - Stopped in for lunch and ordered the prime rib. The music was very loud to the point where I could not communicate with my server. The food was good.
1/6/24 - Had the fish and chips. If you like Fish & Chips it is good. There are better, but there is much worse. My big gripe was the music. If they turned it off, I would not complain.
Been here a number of times. I kid that I have been here more than the help. The rolls are unbelievable. But, the meal was very good. The mashed potatoes were actually hot the first time they were put in front of me (which is not always the case). My steak was cooked exactly the way I like it. All around a great meal. Will definitely be back.
I went here 3 weeks ago, dined-in with friends, and absolutely loved it! I got the country fried chicken with gravy, as well as, loaded steak fries. Would definitely get again! The chicken was fresh, hot, and crispy (tasted like it was cooked in bacon) - delicious! The gravy was perfectly placed on top so that there were bites with crispy chicken and smothered gravy.
Went back tonight and got 2 chicken critter salads to-go. Impressed yet again! The food was made fast & fresh - 15 minutes flat, at 5:30! I believe there may have been an extra portion of bacon, as well as, hot bread with their signature cinnamon sugar butter! Definitely going back - Cheers!
Had another delicious meal here. We started with the cactus blossom with cajun sauce. I got the chicken critters & 6oz sirloin with loaded steak fries and a house salad. The steak was cooked perfect(I like it well-done). The chicken critters were crispy and delicious with a side of buffalo sauce. The buttered rolls were soft and delicious.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel that my service and food were so good on Monday that I simply have to. First, my waitress, Angie, was so attentive and cheery! I came with my family and she continued to make sure that we all had enough bread and that our food was good. She recommended the legend margarita, the cheese and bacon on the baked potato and the mushroom, pepper, and onion on the steak. I also got a mango margarita with patron kick. Everything was delicious! I will be coming back here!
Stephen was absolutely amazing. One of the best waiters I've ever had. I'm a vegetarian, and have a meat allergy. It's not always taken seriously. Stephen made sure to confirm each item in the Veg Dinner Plate to make sure I didn't experience any cross contamination or accidental consumption. He was knowledgeable, and got the answers when he didn't have them. He came back to our table multiple times to confirm the ingredients, that I wouldn't have a reaction to them. He went above an beyond for my comfort and safety. I was able to enjoy a meal, and not get sick or experience a reaction later. And that was thanks to the time, and attention to detail that Stephen had. The food was good too, loved the Mac and cheese. Sad I couldn't have the mashed potatoes or baked potato but I very much enjoyed the sides I did get to eat. The salad was fresh and the dressing was flavorful. We had a large group reservation, and for some reason though the had tables large enough for us, put us at two separate tables.
Won’t seat you until everyone in your party has arrived which makes no sense when you have customers traveling from afar who want to arrive to an app on the table. When a mother of three arrives and she wants a drink while her kids wanna start on apps: why are you, as a business, denying that?!
Hostess at front has a bad attitude like she owns the place. Just the conversation with her made us want to find somewhere else to eat.
Paid close to $20 for a salad with so little steak on it I’ve seen more food served to fourth graders. Everything, and I mean everything, was so salty. So much salt.
Our waitress was great but she did mess up our order. It’s fine, she was cool about it.
The fact the music is blasting and you can’t even converse with the others at your table seals the deal that this experience is negative one. We’d spent years between our trips to TRH bc of how horrible our former experiences were. Today we were reminded of why it took us so long to go back. I wish we’d spent our $250+ somewhere else bc that was so unsatisfactory.
Arrived and stated I was a party of two. Breanna told me I had to wait for the rest of my party to be seated. No problem, it was a Monday night at 5:30. Shortly after, two guys came in and stated they were looking for the rest of their party...that had already been seated. So, some consistency in policy would be less irritating. Got seated. the waitress came by right away. She was friendly and took our order quickly. The food was good, nothing spectacular. Waitress and Manager followed up with us to make sure we had no complaints about the food. The worst part of the dining experience was the screeching that accompanied the celebration of 5(yes, you read that correctly) birthdays. I'm good with giving a quick hooray for a birthday, but the employee that was leading the charge had a pitch that could make your ears bleed. It was uncomfortable, annoying, and distracting. You don't need to scream to acknowledge the birthday. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be well staffed. I won't go back. Listening to an employee screaming during a meal is not my cup of tea.
