We met with some family at this restaurant for a late lunch. There was a 10 minute wait. Once seated we got our drinks in a timely manner. Waitress would not bring us another drink unless the glass was empty. She said it was a new rule. Anyway, she was very attentive. Our food took a while to come out. Everything was cooked perfectly. We stayed at the table catching up after we paid the check. A few different servers stopped by to see if we needed anything. That’s when we realized we overstayed our welcome. Had a great time!
Great steaks and service. Steaks were perfectly cooked and so flavorful. Why would anyone ever go to outback when you can get a way better meal right across the street? Our server, Courtney, was a ray of sunshine.
Went with 3 family members after placing our orders the food came out and my steak was undercooked. I ordered Medium and it came out rare. Typically I can eat medium rare but this was still cold in the center. Everyone else had pretty much finished their meals before Kaytee the waitress came back.
I explained the situation and she asked if I wanted it cooked more, at that point I explained that everyone else was almost done eating and asked that she remove it from the bill.
She quickly went and got our bills and showed me that my meal had been removed.
What bugs me about this is she never got a manager or asked if I wanted to talk to one. It seemed more important for her to get us out and get someone else seated.
Hopefully someone in management reads this so they can ensure tables are checked on sooner, and maybe that a manager is made aware of mistakes, to ensure it's addressed with the kitchen staff.
It looked like a good steak, to bad I couldn't eat it. McDonald's had to suffice for my dinner after my visit to Texas Roadhouse in Sanford.
They were packed but the service was great.
We ordered prime rib medium rare, 15 minutes later they came out and told us they only had medium which was fine. Then 20 minutes later they came out and said they had no more prime rib. Meanwhile the other meal was served and we had to wait for the"backup" meal to arrive. Again the service was excellent and the manager compensated our bill.
Ordered curbside. Got home. Three containers of butter and no bread. Ordered dressing and received approx two tablespoons for a whole salad in a topless container. Workers just sitting around outside. Had plenty of time to at least ensure all items included.
Enjoyed an early dinner. We were quickly seated. Our food arrived just as ordered, no seasoning. We dine at other Texas roadhouse locations so the decor and atmosphere were no surprise,
Got lunch off the early done menu and was pleasantly surprised with the steak. Also, impressed with the salad as a side item. The rolls r the absolute BEST and ALWAYS great to bring ppl in. So soft and buttery ????
Service was great and perfect for a bday meal for my mother in law!
Texas Roadhouse is the best. So delicious ????. I would go back over and over again!
