#1 Bad communication. If you don’t stay on top of these people be prepared to have your truck sitting at the shop very long time.
#2 Be AWARE of ALL the charges before they put a hand in your truck or you will get ripped off. I got over charged extra $1,000.00 (aprox) on top of what the dealership charges for the OEM part I needed.
Hopefully I can help others to avoid having to go through stressful situation like this one and to be aware of the techniques that many shops use to rip off people.
All I know is that I am not coming back to this place ever…
Beto the owner and his son have a hard time telling the truth. They say they will repair your truck then do nothing at all. Thanks for wasting-my time.. this shop is not honest... I do not recommend... drivers that have their trucks in the shop complain that the owner jumps around jobs and never finishes one job.
worst place ever took over a month to take 2 sensors off and didnt even place the new parts in the truck when we took the parts to them our selves lost alot of time at this place we ended up picking up the truck worst place i have ever dealt with promises but no actions beware....
These guys fixed my clutch on Volvo VNL 670 in 4 hours! Awesome service!
