Had my transmission refurbished in December. Quoted $1600-1800 over the phone. Actual cost $2600. A few months later I had issues with gauge cluster flipping out and transmission slipping. I called several times to schedule an appointment. Finally dropped my truck off 8 weeks ago. I’ve called weekly to check on it and been told weekly that it will be worked on. As of last Thursday, they hadn’t touched it. A man shook my hand and said it would be done Saturday morning at the latest. Here we are Monday morning and I haven’t heard a word from them. Don’t waste your time.
My husband and I brought his truck here and they did a great job replacing his engine! We would definitely recommend them and bring future vehicles here for repairs!
Walked in and spoke to a man behind the counter about my transmission and issues I was having. From the very beginning of our conversation, you could tell this individual was not approachable. He seemed irritated and who knows, maybe was just having a bad day. I explained, in detail, this issue with my transmission and then he asked if I was going to leave my vehicle so he could inspect it. I said yes and he got a form to fill out and asked me, again, to explain the issue that I had just told him. Clearly he wasn’t listening to me. I mentioned that it would be helpful to drive the car so he could hear the sound it was making. Oh my, talk about not happy with that!! He went into a whole explanation about how that’s not how it’s done. I just left after his explanation. Sad…he lost my business simply because of very poor customer service and that’s where it all starts if your a business owner, I should say, a successful business owner.
My vehicle was towed here and they were amazing. I was told what was wrong in detail and the prices for repair was reasonable. I don’t live in that area but if I ever have issues, I will definitely consider using them again.
Pedro and the guys were awesome! I was headed to Tyler when my alternator quit on me - on a Friday afternoon, no less. They were able to get a new one installed within a few hours for a fair price, and I was able to make it home to my family that night. Not sure what I would've done without their help. Thanks guys!
A year-and-a-half ago my husband had his truck worked on are opposed opposed to rebuild the engine Miguel was one working on it they put the wrong heads on it it wouldn't run right Pedro overfilled it with oil is masky's does not understand what's going on so the rear main seal went out not even six months later I bought and thought wasn't trying to get it fixed Pedro did not want to fix it it caught on fire and burnt add to Sue Pedro$16,500 worth of damage he didn't want to pay it so he done an appeal and any chicken now and he said he would fix my truck and 30 days it has been 2 months total over 60 days it still has not got it fixed and he will not let me have it so we're going back to court the dude kind of see this time we're going for the whole truck Pedro's nothing but a liar he has been lying about my truck ever since he's got it back and like I said he will not give it back to my husband
I was pleased with the results, it took much longer that I had hoped it would but the quality of work is more important to me.
Great service and customer service! He really takes the time to explain things to u. Doesn't rush u off or anything. Doesn't over charge u and pin points the problem in order to save u money. Would definitely recommend!
