This is my third time eating from this place, I can tell that maybe there are 2 different cooks / my experience the first and third time the chicken was spicy and it was delicious, the second time I don't know what happened but it just seems someone was lazy and cut corners, and give out day old food, the biscuits 1st time decent 2nd time horrible 3rd time delicious. The fries always good
The Texas He’ll Burger is just hot sauce at this location. They just seem to drop it all over the burger since that’s what my burger tastes like. Didn’t even give any napkins. They gave me fries that seem to have been just sitting there all day and we’re the last of the bunch.
The Pelham Bay Park location is way better with Real Hell Sauce that they make.
The spicy chicken was wonderful and it was spicy, the breast was moist and not dry, the biscuits were fair, I guess the fries were good I gave to the kids the Mac n cheese was okay that could be improved.
Chicken is always fresh and delicious. Great burgers too. Way better than any other place in the area.
That chicken was freshly cooked and made to perfect... Mayo was on bottom bun it with the lettuce.. the better placement.

This place is DISGUSTING!!! They gave a Uber driver my food, he left the store with my food for over 30 minutes. He canceled the order and gave them back the order after he had it for THIRTY+ minutes. I reordered n added an Item. They gave me the SAME food he returned (w/o the added item) to a new Uber driver that came an hour after the original order. The stickers on the food said the food was made an hour and a half ago. It’s disgusting that they didn’t throw the food away and remake the order. The brown bag it came in was ripped from the steam of the hour and a half old food.
