Worst neighbor. Consistently tows our customers cars after 5 minutes because they are getting kick backs from tow companies. Don’t even pull on their lot. Owner claims he doesn’t condone it BUT HE DOES THANKS TERRY & your so called “SECURITY GUARD” YALL ARE

About 5 years ago I was referred to Terry by a transmission specialist when I asked him for a trusted mechanic. Since then, no one besides Terry and his team have touched any of my vehicles for repair work. We live an hour away, yet we continue to drive to Terry when we have repair needs. When broken down, I even pay the extra tow mileage fee to have the car sent up to Hamilton. Terry is cool to begin with, but most importantly, I trust him not only with our vehicles, but I'd trust him with my wallet. Terry does good work, at a fair price, with HONESTY. This place is special in my opinion, and always busy. That should tell you what you need to know.
Took my car in to have head gaskets replaced from over heating . Took over a year to get my car back & it still is leaking major oil & now sounds like my engine is knocking or head gaskets weren’t tuned right . Spent $1100 and now have to take it to a professional mechanic to see what more is wrong & what wasn’t fixed appropriately. I don’t understand how this shop has been open for so long for how extraordinarily unprofessional & unqualified the work & service is . I’d go to anywhere else other than here . Drive my car for 20 minutes and it’s covered in oil & engine is knocking . Worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had . Do not trust this business
Terry came highly recommended by a friend from church and after he finished working on my antique truck I can understand why. Very professional, very good work, very reasonably priced. I have found my new mechanic, this is a place you can trust!

Do NOT try to call from a number outside of 513. It'll never go through & will sound busy. I say, dont call. Go to the shop, tell Terry what's wrong with your vehicle & he will set you up with an appointment to drop it off.
I didn't like how the driver from Marcel Towing did my truck (only had 1 chain holding on to it. I know because I watched him do it & was behind him all the way to Terry's shop.
took 3 months to have a better engine installed. wasn't hooked up left things undone ,not again will do business. very expensive 1700.00 , bad engine. ????oil light still on .
