We stopped in Saturday morning for breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were delicious and the bowl of fruit was the best I've ever ordered from a restaurant. Great food, service, and prices! You should try it if you're in the area. We will definitely be back!
Came to find diamonds at Crater of diamonds State Park found the real diamond 2 miles away.
Food was fantastic and very reasonably priced.
The folks super friendly. It took a little bit for our order but we came here hoping for good food not fast food. I would almost plan another vacation back this way just to eat here.
This is a great little place in Murfreesboro. We went after church, and it was a bit crowded. The food was worth the wait, and there was plenty of it. It was a very nice small town diner. I will be back next time I'm in town.
Mothers Day: I had their Chicken Alfredo with a side of fried okra, my favorite Southern food. So much food. I brought home enough leftovers for another meal.
Disgusting. Should have left when it took forever to be acknowledged. They were not busy in the least. The guy who ended up being our server was just staring at us for over a minute before he even came to our table. Zero personality. None. Just monotone. Had to repeat our orders as we ordered because he just wasn't paying attention. I'd say mashed potatoes and he'd say fries. Ridiculous. Hubs ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup to start. He brought a bowl. It was so thick and looked curdled, it barely came off the spoon. Tasted terrible. Then there were the flies. Not just one or two, but 12 flies at one time on the soup bowl. Couldn't even eat it. I had a side salad with my meal. Iceberg lettuce. A wedge of tomato. That was it. The basil vinaigrette was good. Waited. Waited. Waited. More flies. Finally we had enough. Went to pay for my salad and leave. He charged us for a full salad, not a side salad. Just paid so we could leave and go somewhere else.
If you're in town and want some great food at fair prices I highly recommend Terri's place. Fantastic experience!
One of the best burgers I have had. The downside was I saw a kid worker lick a spoon after mixing something. Not good for customers to see things like that. Even if spoon went directly into sink. The food was good
Just had dinner and this place really has friendly service. They serve breakfast all day so my daughter had French toast. She claims it's better than what she had at The Arcade in Memphis. The fried mushrooms were amazing, truly hand breaded. Burgers were perfect, juicy. I chose it as simple as I could, lettuce/tomato/cheese, and the burger was flavored well). They have classic southern homestyle fries (brown) and they are thickly cut. You will want to get these as a side. My mom had the chicken salad sandwich, and I had part of it. I highly recommend, nicely savory. Sometimes chicken salad in sandwiches hides behind sweetness. This was excellent without being overly sweet, and the toast it was served on complimented it well. My dad's chicken fried steak sandwich was huge and it looked great if you love a fried sandwich. If you're in town to dig for diamonds and you are looking for a classic diner-style place, check this place out.
Terri’s was friendly and fresh. Great vegetarian options. Slow-paced atmosphere, so don’t be in a rush. My food still came out quickly enough for tho :) only 1 suggestion…if they added a little vanilla & a dash of salt to their French Toast mix, it would be even better than it already is :)
