I didn't like the vibe. I asked the guy about fixing my motorhome and he said he don't do motorhome. I don't know about that one, I've seen motorhomes in their shop, so I'm giving them a 2 star for being a hater towards me and also because owner came at me crazy for taking photos of his shop and himself I just wanted to put an update on photos for maps. I'm trying to find a place to get my motorhome fixed. I changed it to 3 stars for his recommendations to a place that could possibly help me. I felt threaten though, people are horrible and I don't trust them.

My first time fixing my truck at this shop . And i had the best experience. They did a great job. The owner gave me a very good explanation of what exactly needs to be replaced and why. Best costumer service. The job was done quick and with great quality.
I brought my truck into Terminal Frame and Collison back in November because my truck had Terrible frame damage. I purchased a truck that had frame damage and was lied too about the damages. I was devastated. I already had put so much money into this truck. Cowboy looked at me and then at my truck. He could tell how much I already lost and how much stress I was under being only 23 and not knowing what the future holds. It's now July and my Tires dont have any wear, truck drives completely perfect with no pulls. Thank you so much for doing an outstanding job.
This company was very helpful in assisting me in dealing with the insurance company and completing the repairs to my vehicle in a timely manner. Even though this Company has major contracts with companies such as Ups, penske interprise AT&T they treated me as if I was just important to them.
These guys are on top of there game..CoWboy is a honest man..and you truckers know how hard it is hard a find a good boss man that runs a good repair shop..his crew are awesome as well..I’ve been here twice and they took care of me..
This place was very rude, the business listing had Melvin as a person of contact. When I called and asked to speak to Melvin, they said that Melvin is not associated with this company and hung up before I can even ask my question. Called back and they didn't pick up the phone, very unprofessional..
