Extremely disappointed in my birria tacos. I paid $11+ tip. Meat didn’t look like beef. Birria consumé was a greasy, oily flavorless mess—at least 50% oil. As my food cooled down it acquired the texture of meat suspended in lard. Really unpleasant.
The $15 taco salad was the saddest looking one I've ever seen, also $7 to add meat? I'll go back for the shrimp/fish tacos, other meats were pretty dry or fatty. Service is great but overall dissapointed based on the great reviews.
I’ve been eating at this place for the past 4 yrs and it’s always been a great deal. My favorite items from the menu are the special dinner, shrimp burrito, and the pupusas. However, as of 4/24/24, the prices have been slightly raised and most critically my all time fave shrimp burrito has been made way worse. They took out the agave sauce and the fried peppers, and replaced it with sour cream. The amount of shrimp is also less (they chop it up and add it now). It’s still good, but it’s just a regular burrito now as opposed to a great burrito. Just a nitpick, but I don’t know if they’ve changed management or something recently but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a regular!
My go to place for burritos. They’re delicious! Always fresh ingredients. My favorite is the brisket; my son loves the steak burrito.
Great value and delicious food! Partner and I each got an order of tacos and we were both full after. The pork belly tacos and the birria tacos were fantastic. Highly recommend!
solid food, very well priced and better than most souped up taquerias offering bland imitations of mexican food. the interior and service is nothing special, all the goodness is in the food.
We got the tacos (chicken, barbacoa, and carnitas) and chicken quesadilla and both were excellent. This may be the best Mexican food we’ve had in Boston, give it a try!
Absolute go to place for tacos. Al pastor ones are my favorite. Great sized portions for the price. Shrimp quesadillas are also amazing.
