The worse service we had from our server today . A big size and long hairs waitress . Very racism! No sprite for us as we request form her , but she did provided sprite for those American family just walked in ! Because we are Chines ? That is the reason no sprite for us ?? Control each of us start with just half glass of coke . When you asked for refill , she yelled with us : quickly finished your foods first , we have other customer !! Hurry up ! Get out from here !! She already got the tips from our tour leader . That is the reason she doesn’t care . Foods just so .. so ! Terrible experience ! Won’t come again !
Pros: This is most certainly one of the most complete, most generous, affordable, satisfying, and exceedingly convenient buffets I have ever eaten at. The staff are always very observant of anyone in need of any form of assistance/service, and whatever food you may be familiar or unfamiliar with is always restocked and kept hot and fresh for anyone in need of indulging, especially those of us with very few cheat days. I highly recommend to anyone in the area and if I could offer more than 5 stars, I most certainly would have.
Cons: The waiters are literally begging you for that tip even before you get down to actually enjoying your food!
It might also seem a bit intimidating for those that aren’t accustomed to the buffet scene, cause there really was no explaining involved; some buffets would literally give you a crash course of what to expect, what to know, and sometimes involves how long you can stay for.
The food it good. I wouldn't say great. Atmosphere is buffet. Lots of people. Pretty crowed. I love the hibachi. The good thing is it's always busy. You know the food is fresh.
It was a pleasant experience but I would probably go to other buffets before going back here. Things I see see at other buffets that I didn't see here included boiled crawfish, noodle soups. The other foods were what you would see at other buffets and seemed freshly made. I liked the green beans.
My sister and I had lunch yesterday at Teppanyaki Grill in Laurel. We arrived at about 2:15 PM! The food was delicious, however, the service was not good. My sister and I both drink water whenever we go out to eat.We never got a 2nd cup of water. More disturbing, I watched the servers approach tables and demand to be tipped. I used to be a restaurant server, I know for a fact you’re not allowed to demand money. This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first time the food was not that good but yesterday it seemed really fresh. Two times now, the service was not great. I will think twice about going back because it really bothered me.
Food is great! And I would give the restaurant 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor cleanliness. Please give your restrooms a very deep clean. If your employees are not able to do this, hire a company to do it for you. After going to the bathroom, I lost my appetite. But also the whole place needs a deep cleaning. I hope this feedback helps so you can make it better. (Photos attached)
The food is not that good from 1-10 I give it a sold 6 the only reason I go is because of the unlimited hibachi. The waiters are so rude and so money hungry for tips that they are rude about it ...... & that comes from someone who always leaves more than a generous amount.
This is a good place if you want a cheap buffet. The food tasted artificial and most of it was not labeled or not labeled properly. Lots of stuff with cheap cheese. Even the ice cream was some cheap, super white version. The women's bathroom was disgusting. It reeked because someone dropped a major bomb! Some of the stalls were out of order, and there was a sink that ran continuously! I would hate to see their water bill. Trash was on the floor, and there was a drenched partial roll of paper towels on the sink. Upon entry, customers stand in a cafeteria style line. A glass of fountain soda is extra. A glass of warm water, that also was not good, is free. After paying, a server seated us, then someone different set our drinks and silverware on the table and left. No one explained the set up or what their buffet offered. Plates are stacked at the buffet bar. They also have a cook to order option that I figured out after I cracked open what I thought was a boiled egg (it was raw). The fruit looked old, like it had been refrigerated several times. It definitely was not fresh cut fruit. They also had several cakes that were light and good. They have plenty of seating, and they are located in a plaza.
