My insurance pays for rides to and from my medical appointments, however, Tennessee Carrier Service often screws it up and cancels my rides last minute. I cannot get proper health care when my rides are not scheduled properly.
Second time they lied said they set up appointment for insurance they never showed up. Me and the kids were waiting called they said we wasn't set up. Then I was 7 months pregnant they never showed up or called back I called they said they couldn't make it to obgyn so I had to find another obgyn I was high risk pregnancy me and my fiance was upset I couldn't make it to doctor
I was told that if I rescheduled my doctor's appointment for Monday then they can reserve a ride for me. The second I rescheduled the appointment, they up and tell me that they're now taking reservations for rides on Tuesday! I just changed my appointment for nothing, are you f#$&*n' kidding me?! This is ridiculous! I'm tired of rescheduling my doctor's appointments. Just makes me not want to go to the appointments anymore. The supervisor ain't making it no better either.
This company is the most incompetent piece of work outfit I have ever had to deal with. I have no car..no family and my doctors are out of my county.And I can't get anyone to answer the phone so I can book a ride. 4 times I have called just today alone and sat on hold for 2 hours both times and still..NO ONE ever answered! So because my insurance company decided to hire you people..I have to cancel my doctors appointment. Thanks to you people I have to remain sick. You're totally unprofessional service is UNACCEPTABLE! I haven't been this angry and frustrated in years.
would give a zero star if it was an option I have scheduled 8 appointments with them as they are the transport company Tenncare uses the least time they have been late has been 4 hours and the most is never showing up since they use 3rd party vendors to transport. I have had to call every time to see if the reservation has gone from a request to a 3rd party and the vendor to confirm it if the vendor denies it it goes to an escalation ques that takes up to 5 days to be worked so many appts will be missed. The whole problem with this is the way the company operates and how the procedures have been made but since they get paid by the state they dont care how they treat the people they are serving! I have been on the phone with them all day everyday I have a reservation at least 4 hours trying to resolve reservation issues. I have been promised call back by Supervisors several time with in the hour I wait 2 hours and still no call I call them and get the run around. 2 times Geraldine the supervisor has promised a call back and had to call in she never calls me back. I have called my insurance and made a complaint with Amerigroup liaison and will be filing another complaint.
Worst place ever. You be better off catching the bus. The drivers are disrespectful and complaining about how people are calling and complaining about them . They leave you sitting outside for hours. You call for your ride and the people answering the phone are just as worst as drivers. Ghetto facility ghetto employees ghetto company.!!! But this is the company that TENN care has giving the medical transportation contract to. I will be catching the bus for now on. ????????????????
Horrible transportation. Not taking people to and from appointments like they should. Not being honest with patients about pick up times. Constantly changing people to different transportation companies and not being told about. Bad business practices. Not reliable.
