Halal chicken place. Cool interior with a lot of graffiti. Been there before at least 4 or 5 times. I almost always get the Garlic Parmesan Melt, got the chipotle melt this time. The melt is actually big enough for 2 people. Also got the wings with the jerk sauce (first time ever trying jerk sauce, didn’t mind it but might try sth different next time).
I think the biggest issue with Tender’s is that their food is almost always very inconsistent- a couple of times my melt was way too salty and my wife, who is an avid chicken lover, found the wings to be boring and bland and the Chiptole melt to be bitter for some reason (i didn’t mind either btw).
Also, PLEASE BRING THE FUNNEL CAKE FRIES BACK WE CAN GET THE CHEESECAKE FROM SOMEPLACE OUTSIDE ????
The place and staff were excellent. However, I was disappointed with the food, particularly the tenders, which appeared burnt and had gritty particles on them, possibly indicating infrequent oil changes and stale oil. Despite this, the service was prompt.
Awesome chicken tenders for sure! Not the biggest fan of the POS systems, as it just seems so confusing when ordering. There was so many options and I kept clicking to exit. That said food was hot and tasty - the portion size was hefty. Decent fries, nothing bad or amazing about them. Overall this is a place good for what it is- tenders.
The staff at Tenders is great and the food is tasty, and it comes out pretty quick. They offer a UCF student discount which I think is fantastic! This is a great value for college students considering how close they are to the campus and how quickly you can grab a bite after late night studying.
You have to place your order at the kiosk. You should pay attention especially if it is your first time visiting the restaurant. One of the gotchas is you need to make sure you bump the zero drink counter to 1 if you don't want a drink, otherwise you wont be able to place your oder.
We ordered the Nashville and Garlic Parm melts, and they were delicious. The food was overfried in my opinion so the tenders were super crunchy, and why I only gave them 3 stars for food.
Simply put, it's an avalanche of goodness! However, it's also a place to destroy your diet haha they told me the sleazy melt is their popular pick, but heads up, if you go for any of the melts, either have them if you haven't eaten anything all day, or share it with 1-2 other people, because they're very heavy to have.
It's a fast food casual spot, but they have decent amount of seating available. It's right across the street from the college campus therefore you'll see a lot of college kids coming in and such.

Lovely place and delicious food
The staff is amazing ????????
And it's halal
First time ever trying food here. 100% recommend! The tenders were fresh the fries were hot and crispy. The macaroni salad busting with flavor, hands down the best food ive ever had.
First time here and the chicken was really dry and almost burnt. We got fries as a side and those were good though. Hopefully we just got a bad batch of chicken and it isn't the norm.
