Not sure why the bad reviews, I guess bad experience or whatever. Ordered from postmates, first try for tendershack. 10 nashville tenders with fries and 5 sauces. Tenders were perfect not oily or too dry, fries were okay not too soggy and not crispy. Sauces were filled up to the top. Even got a baguette with butter. Also this is outback so you'll get it in an outback steakhouse bag. It's just called tender shack. Ordered 10-22-2023. No complaints based on price and quality. A+
If I could give this place negative stars, I would! One of the worst experiences I have had.
The chicken sandwich came on a burnt bun with no lettuce or pickles, just cold chicken. The fries were not even fully cooked and ice cold. And, to top it off, there was a hair in the food. Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again and suggest you don't waste your money either.
Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and received just tenders(which were dried out and tough) ordered sauce-no sauce
And only one drink showed up.
Bad management or all idiots as far I can tell.
And get this ordered on Uber Eats and can’t figure out how to make a complaint someone tell me
We have ordered from tender shack numerous of times before and we have never been as disappointed as we were this time. The chicken was stale, there was barely any of the Nashville hot seasoning. It was like we ordered the plain tenders. And the dang good cookie, was NOT dang good. It tastes like an old stale popeyes biscuit.
The fries are thicker than the tenders. They must cut the tenders into halves or thirds to save some money. They need to change the menu to nuggets because what we received wasn’t tenders. Also they take after pringles when it comes to fries mostly empty container.
I have ordered here many times. But every time I seem to try to eat here my orders always have something wrong with it. Today I ordered Nashville hot tenders meal and a sprite. My food was not what I ordered again this is the 10th!!! Time this has happened not only that it tastes like it’s been sitting out for two hours my fry’s were soft and greasy. I’m beyond mad. That my sprite was flat how can you mess a whole order up like that. In the 10 years of food business I’ve worked I would never say this is good enough. You lost a customer and you Will continue to lose people nun the less I’m now sick to my stomach having to throw back my nausea meds
Never in my life. I ordered NASHVILLE first of all, got regular. Not sure if cucumbers are what they call “house pickles” but the size of this strip and the presentation alone makes me sick!!!!
I’m a serious wing and tender guy. This food was AMAZING!!!!! My only disappointment is that I saw no real option for super hot sauce.
