They will take long to fix your car and let it sit there.
I went in they told me what I needed I went and got the brakes and they put them on this was the fastest best service ever. Five stars to you guys Thank you so much I will definitely be returning.
Know the owner personally.... where do I start, first experience went fine, a bit expensive... repaired my A/C, my alternator, timing belt, exhaust and exhaust leak put my car back together (I was working on it myself when I was removed from my home). . . They kept all the old pieces . . . I'll continue . . . Most recently and the last time I use their service I took my car in told them the problem . . . They removed a hanging metal piece around my catalytic convertor and put a rivet where they forgot to before . . . Anyways I tell them my car is shaking when running at around 60 mph, the owner takes my car around the block never goes the speed where my problem occurs, he says that it is a rim that is bent, I also informed him that I went to a tire shop and the problems weren't the tires & it was related to something else . . . He then hands the job to another mechanic . . . That mechanics does what I said above about the metal piece and the rivet, he then reinforces my mud flaps on the side with the problem (I hit a curb and it blew my tire not sure if that's what caused the problem, but to me I noticed it after that day, I wasn't riding that fast until I noticed it, post curb hit) we ride the car and it feels a bit better the mud flaps were a bit of a problem with resistance and noise . . . Anyways I run the car to reproduce the problem the same problem occurs I learned that it was when I apply the brakes at that speed that the car shakes, very dangerous . . . Anyways we return to the store, he didn't drive the car w.e but he then takes another client who came into the shop and then says that something else might be the problem . . . He then charges me $80 for the service I said OK then return and complain to him that he didn't even fix the problem I went in for ... he says OK and then lowers it to $50. . . They do not quote you for fixes they also don't mention if they are insured they also don't quote at all they don't (recently called for a friend) and they do not check the vehicle prior to fixing it they want you to bring the car in and they'll fix it and then they'll name the price . . . I will not use their service again I thank them for the service in the past but because I would not be returning and because I would not recommend them to another person then I'm forced to give them a one star . . . Would not recommend going unless they take on new work ethics and stop being cheap, there are many stores that let customers steer their morality and work ethics, I tried I valued them and that's it I will not keep poking, hoping things get better for the next person . . . Keep it going I hope it gets better... put up the competition and be one of the many mechanic options, clean some stuff up, let people know about your insurance(if you have any) or that you care, offer free of attachment quotes/diagnosis, let people fix small things who are willing to do themselves like myself. . . Won't be returning so I won't know if things get better but ????✌ i will keep getting better at fixing cars and then rely on other peoples services, anyways to the future, peace
I've been coming to this auto repair shop since I was referred by a friend when it first open and always had a good experience. Great work done on my vehicles, trustworthy and reasonable prices. Vicente and his Team are very reliable at solving issues with the vehicles
Something as simple as getting the heater in my car fixed took them 6 HOURS!! I waited that entire time in the shop and notice they were prioritizing other cars over mine for what ever reason. I seen cars coming in after me and we’re getting out way before me as well. Maybe they had more simple problems I did but regardless fixing a car heater shouldn’t take 6 hours+. I asked for a time frame of how long the car would take to get done and was told 30-45 mins. Those 30-45 mins turned into 2 hours, 3 hours, and so on. Not going here again.
Walked in to change a caliper vehicle was perfectly fine brakes were working properly left and almost crashed because the brakes weren’t working properly and I was told that my brake pump wasn’t working. How is it that a brake pump that was working right before entering the garage would not work properly after leaving by changing a caliper doesn’t make sense.
So brought my car to have tires installed, when the technician was installing back the rims I noticed he was over tightening the lugs he kept the gun on each lug nut for a good minute, than came back again and did it again, when I drove the car I heard metal rubbing I knew it was the dust shield so I tried removing one rim drivers side and lugs would not come out until it broke 2 of the studs.
No se abierta tanto las tuercas ???? el muchacho tenía la pistola como 1 minuto en cada tuerca me rompió 2 y yo toda vida no mire los otros aros! Solamente uno que yo tenia que mirar un problema que yo tenia el mismo día que montaren las gomas !
It has been my repair shop for years. I appreciate that when there's something that they cannot do, they will refer you to another shop that can. Fair prices too!
