The person who was tasked to be dispatch this morning should really find another career path. He was rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. With those qualities he should NOT be working in public services. Cab never came and the prices are absolutely ridiculous. And he also went up on my price when I’m checked him about the way he was speaking to me. Poor customer service. Thank God for Uber.
Worst ever ..... learn to pick up the phone if I could give no stars I would get a grip
If you’re reading this review you probably already know that Lyft and Uber services are minimal to nonexistent in this area. They arrived 10-15 minutes later than they estimated, but they did show up. When the driver pulled up he stayed in the car while we loaded our own luggage. As we pulled away he told us he needed $110 cash up front to take us on our 30 mile drive. No one told us we had to have cash when we called to order the cab but luckily we actually had enough to cover it. The drive itself was fine. He got us where we needed to go. Their price was actually competitive with the Lyft and Uber fares we saw estimated online. Overall not a great experience but it definitely could have been worse.
Driver about caused an accident and then used two fingers at another vehicle as if his fingers were a gun and he was shooting him. Tried to call and report and talk to the Manager and person kept asking who I was. Felt uncomfortable so I hung up and doing this review in hopes that someone with Tele Taxi cares. Smithfield NC. I tried calling the the Selma Teletaxi but it keeps on giving me the phone voiceamail like they blocked my phone number or something.Terrible cab service they use to be dependable but lately they are really bad
Yes they were available, where no other services currently were, but they did lack in certain aspects. To drive 10-11 miles, is $30 one way. This is equivalent to "luxury" via Lyft. With no other available options, beggars cant be choosers, so the fee is "meh". During the drive, there was a few concerns. Doing 80mph in a 65 mph construction zone (see picture), severe tailgating, taking curves too quickly (ill advised with passengers not expecting) and fairly loud music (heavy bass). If you have no alternative choices for services, they will come to you, and help get you where you need to go. If you "do" have alternatives, you may wish to consider them.
On time service never had any issues or delays I would recommend
