Food and service we're good. I had the roast beef and mom had the Patty melt. I would recommend either. We also tried the fried mushrooms. Yummy. Our bill came up to $30.00
Had the 2 piece catfish dinner special 7.99 what a bargain. The Angus burger was good also. But the Sweet potato fries and fried green tomatoes were the bomb! So tasty. Will definitely stop again when passing through.
Best Rueben sandwich I have had in longtime. Great french fries and Randy our waitress was amazing taking care of our group. Stop by and eat some great comfort food.
10.21.20 I ordered a chef salad to-go for dinner for a little more than $9. It was very good and fresh. Good customer service too.
I've visited twice, the food and prices are outstanding (the best fried green tomatoes I've ever had.) The wait staff make the experience, our first experience was so much better than our second. If you get the correct server she is efficient, pleasant and caring. Otherwise you get great food and nonchalant server that suddenly gets pleasant to cash you out. It felt like she was happy we were leaving and no longer an inconvenience.
Everything was good. I ordered a ribeye it didn't come out quite like I was expecting, forgot that I'm in a different area then the Texas panhandle cow country so the steak size is a little different ????.... Would definitely stop in again if I ever come this way.
Great little diner! We stopped at Teeters about 30 minutes before closing while passing through town. My son had a great breakfast of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. My older son had the Reuben (real corned beef; not sliced). My wife had a fabulous bowl of chili and I had a perfectly cooked chicken fried chicken. Nothing fancy. Just great comfort food and terrific service.
I had the Philly Cheesesteaks sandwich, The amount of fries to Philly ratio is not the best. The sandwich was small, cut in half at that, the meat was tough but had good flavor. The fries was so tough and almost burnt they had little to no flavor, all the flavor there was just the coating on the fries. Was not worth the 10$ spent on it and will not be visiting any time soon again.
