Super happy with Tee's!!! I called to inquire about new tires for my vehicle and spoke with Terry. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a great tire for my truck. The price was right too! The staff is great to deal with at Tee's. Very laid back and easy going. I would recommend Tee's to anyone looking for a fair price and great service. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them!

Terry always gets my car in asap whenever I got a problem. Always gets it done as quick as he can for my needs and the price for his work is the most affordable out of any shop I've tried getting quotes from. 10/10 service and has become my home shop for anything I need done
My family and Ive gone here several times. I havent had an issue until this time last year and going forward, so November 2017 to this year. Each time I schedule an appointment in advance they dont take the time I give them to look at my car until absolute last minute. I called almost 2 weeks ahead of time, booked my appt and dropped my car off around 9AM Thursday. Told them multiple times I needed it back by Monday. Didnt hear anything Thursday or Friday and they arent open on the weekend so I called first thing Monday morning. They hadnt even gotten it in yet! Its absolutely pointless to schedule an appointment because they will not take the time until the last absolute minute to do your vehicle. My bf had to call into work since we had no 2nd vehicle because Terry found issues with my car and said its not drivable. But if he had found these issues Thursday when I dropped it off he couldve done all the work (since he had the parts) and could have had it ready Monday. I had to call the shop at least 3x on Monday, to which Terry said he left me a voicemail but didnt have any missed calls or voicemail. I confirmed my phone number with him when I dropped it off (which was correct). So dont know about that. He was kind of stand offish when he told him to only do certain things with my car. And once we told him we could do some of it on our own he scolded me for that. He wanted 7 to 800 dollars and told me a catalitic converter part would cost 400 dollars. Not to mention labor on it. Found the same part for half that cost... oh also parts were 200 bucks labor 150?!
Pros: Cheaper than dealerships. Wont charge to diagnose your vehicle.
Cons: Takes forever to look at your vehicle. Lack of communcation. Poor customer service.
I brought my 2003 dodge neon into Lees Auto because the transmission went out of it and needed to be replaced. He was a really nice guy and offered to either replace it with a new one or he could get me a used one for $1200. I chose the used one because I figured I was going to sell that car in a year when I graduated from college. It seemed that everything was going smoothly until I got my car back and noticed that It would drive fine for about 15 minutes and then get stuck in second gear. I called him shortly after that and he said he would look at it. The next day I brought it to him and he changed the speedometer sensors (which he charged me for) and go figure I got about 15 minutes out of Stoddard and it got stuck in second again. At this point I was getting annoyed having to drive all the way to Stoddard from lacrosse to have my car not fixed. I then called my car shop in lacrosse to take a look at it too and when I brought it to them they changed the speedometer sensors too but to my surprise they said the ones that were put in my car looked used! I then called Lee to take a look at my car again but he said anything that needs to be changed or fixed is out of my pocket. Im now about $1300 poorer and still have a car that needs the transmission fixed. I would not recommend this car shop. I wish someone would have warned me before I took my car there to be repaired.
I'm working here out of state and Tee has done nothing but taken care of me. Been here for over a year. Any time of I've had a issue with my truck or car, he's been on it. Thanks Tee, for helping me out when needed.
