I most definitely would avoid this place at all costs. I went here for them to put green underneath my hair, and when they bleached it twice, 75% of my hair melted off! Definitely don't go here or bring your kids here.
They did such a great job. Pamela did an amazing job on my brothers 12yo hair and mine. If I could of I would of tiped her $50. It was a relaxing environment and a lot of fun people to talk to. I can't wait to go in for my next visit.
My daughter got her nails done here for her wedding, they took 2 hrs and the nails are misshaped, lumpy, burned her with the file, some had very thin coats to the point one just fell off. Called to speak to someone and was told that we would get a call back and never received one. They are supposed to open at 9 and it's 10 and they still aren't open. Over all very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here. She didn't even have time to get them fixed because they took so long, she was in literal tears by the time she walked out.
Sam has very poor customer service skills and was very rude. She burned my finger with the file and when I asked for a refund because the nails where anything but professional and she continued to try and instigate an argument every time one of us talked. I will never ever bring my business there again and will warn everyone about her. She has no clue what she is doing when it comes to nails, nor does she know how to treat a customer
Stopped in for A quick haircut. Just the sides shaved. She not only hurt me but cut the top too witch i didn't want. Then when i said something the lady got rude with me. I will NEVER go back.
My son and I both had hair appointments at Teasers for the first time. The ladies did a great job. We will continue to go back for our haircuts.
My daughter is VERY unhappy with her $30 hair do that is falling out 10 minutes after being done. The hair dresser never even spoke to her or anything. My daughter is VERY upset because there is still 6 hours before her homecoming dance. It's not even what she asked for. So disappointed in this.????????????
