I’m sure the service is great, but with a full mailbox and a phone that doesn’t ring, I’m just not sure how anyone gets a ride! If your customers can’t get ahold of you, there’s a problem.
Called them to pick up my mother in pana , driver was very polite and helpful assisting her inside . only felt guilty I couldn't find my ones for his tip . Will definitely use again .
Becky picked me up so I could go to ER and she was so sweet. She even called me at hospital to check up on me and see how I was doing. My first experience with a taxi and she went beyond her duty to make sure I was ok. If anyone needs a taxi in Taylorsville, Illinois called them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She is a valuable employee.
Drivers are local and know where your going very friendly and are capable of intelligent conversations. Very pleasant experience.

Taxi service was used. My vehicle was getting worked on and I needed a ride. Was very happy with the service. Cars are older but the cost was right and the driver was there when he said he would be.
How y'all gonna never answer Ive called the number provided via Google about 5x all different times of day and never has anyone answered I mean NEVER!!!
