Took my vehicle in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. The lady who works in the office is nice as can be and they got me in and out pretty quickly. My only issue was after getting my vehicle back the next day I came out to 2 of my new tires almost completely flat. Took up the road to another tire shop to check out and they broke the wheels down and showed me where they failed to clean the corrosion off the bead or put any bead sealer on so the tire could seal properly. Wasn't very happy to find this out. But aside of that everything else was fine.
They did my transmission. It was delivered on site from California. The job was completed quickly in one day. Highly recommend.
Taylor Automotive is amazing. My husband and I took our Jeep patriot to them several months ago. They checked the entire vehicle out, from top to bottom, and then gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to fix even the smallest things that were going bad on the car. Over the last several months we have taken the Jeep back to them for the repairs. The cost has never exceeded the estimate, and in fact, most times has been much less than the estimate. Their work is phenomenal! They are quick, they don’t overcharge, and I would highly recommend that you take your vehicle to Taylor Automotive for any repairs. Buster, Travis and Cody are all excellent mechanics. You seriously cannot go wrong with this garage!
Taylor's always work me in fast and give me courtesy, and awesome knowledge and skills in whatever they do with my vehicles. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone! They are my go to mechanics, tires and everything for my vehicle!!!
I am thankful to have run I to Mike from Taylor's Automotive at McDonald's in Elkins as there was absolutely no cell service there for me ( straight talk) so wasn't able to use data to find a place to go to (and I'm from Florida so had no idea where I was) and he was happy to give directions and they had me in and out in an hour! It only took that long because they had to wait for a part to be delivered for me. Fair price, and they didnt try to take advantage of a lost out of stater!
